Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

Enjoy one of New Smyrna's very few rentals that offer a Private Pool and Hot Tub in the Heart of New Smyrna Beach. The back yard offers a private and peaceful setting to enjoy the Pool &Hot Tub. Great Location, Walk to Flagler Ave, where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Beach access is less than a 2 minute walk, just across the street. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler are at the house for use. We have multiple units please contact host if you have a big group.
