Staying here was one of the best decisions I’ve made to book this place close to a lot of restaurants, places to see and the ocean. Friend host that is always proactive and very kind. Had my birthday here and they made it so special. I would highly recommend this place for it is in the heart of Istanbul with a really nice touch of the locals.

Kaan greeted and welcomed us in a very friendly way. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the flat with helpful directions about this location. There were many restaurants and an adjacent outlet mall that we used frequently. If I visited the area again, I will definitely look to see if his location is available.

We had a very nice stay at Farouq’s place during our weeklong visit to Istanbul. The apartment was very clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient - within a 10-15 minute walk to many of the historical sites with many grocery stores and excellent restaurants close by.

Our family had a wonderful 7-day stay at Abdullah's place. Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a truly cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The area itself was lovely and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Abdullah was an exceptional host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Abdullah's apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience.

Burak bey kapıda karşıladı ve öncesinde de tüm sorularıma anında cevap verdi. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Temizlenmişti ve günlük ihtiyaçlara uygun temiz malzemeler mevcuttu. Konum olarak rahatlıkla Marmara’ya vesaire ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. İhtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz her şey çevrede bulunuyor. Giriş çıkış konusunda da Burak bey yardımcı oluyor. Rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir.

Atakan was a lovely responsive host who was readily available to answer questions. He helped us find secure parking near the house. The flat was on a small quiet road but a short walk away from the Blue Mosque and centre. Shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep. It’s on the second floor so plenty of stairs to climb up and down. It was the perfect place to stay in a busy congested city like Istanbul and we literally walked the whole time everywhere. The kitchen could be better equipped but had all the basics. We would stay here again the next time we visit without doubt!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Appartement gab es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht hat. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und proaktiv. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich und in der Nähe von der Metro,Migros und Mc Donalds. Vielen lieben Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung und die Gastfreundschaft. Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Birkaç ufak sorun yaşadık ama Emrah Bey hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

Todo estuvo perfecto, la ubicación super buena, muy tranquilo, transporte público accesible y cercano, en general muy bien, hubo un problema el cual fue solucionado de manera rápida y pronta... Muchas gracias...

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza con quest’appartamento. L’host molto disponibile e sempre presente sopratutto nei trasferimenti aereoporto - casa, ci ha aiutato anche nei momenti di difficoltà. L'host si è alzato alle 3:30 di mattino per salutarci e assicurarsi che arrivasse il trasporto. L’appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e vicino al centro. A seguito della nostra esperienza consigliamo fortemente.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

Super Lage, schönes Viertel in Fatih, 5 Minuten zur Metro Richtung Galatabrücke. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder wählen.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Nice place

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты
