Well, before I reached Reshma's place, I received her text with all the details. She greeted me very warmly, which is something every Airbnb host should learn. The rooms were very clean and nice, the washroom was spotless, and the view from the room was amazing. It was a very peaceful place, just 25 minutes away from Baba Neem Karoli's spot, around 9.7 km. The only thing was that the kitchen seemed a bit less clean, but otherwise, Reshma treated me very well. Thank you for having me!

Stayed at their beautiful place with the coziest home pretty close to Nainital Mall Road. Amazing Hosts, Extremely Courteous, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have made sure they provided us with not just the amenities but also with proper guidance and feedbacks about the City as a whole. We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessities. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Took my parents out after a long time. We loved our stay there especially the private garden area, pretty well maintained with a lovely view! Location was also prime, we wanted to visit primarily Kainchi Dham & Golu devta, both were pretty close. There are also a lot of premium cafés to eat and enjoy your evenings at. Even if you want to eat local and simple food, Sattal is nearby having a lot of local joints to eat from. All in all we loved mostly everything about this property! :)

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

Harsh bhaiyya is an excellent host! He is well spoken, kind-hearted and always ready to help! The homestay is just 10 minutes downhill of the snow view point! And it gives the most beautiful view of the Nainital lake and the mountains. Evening sunset view of the Nainital is a must and can't be missed from this beautiful homestay! Harsh bhaiyya is very helpful and treats you like your family. He came to pick us up from the city and even helped drop us and our luggage off on request! The food at the homestay is very tasty and feels just like home! Rooms are very spacious, with warm blankets, and cosy places available outside the homestay for sitting and enjoying the nature and scenic views! All in all, an excellent host and a beautiful homestay! Looking forward to visiting again soon :))

The host was veryyy nice. She was always there whenever I required help. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was also beautiful. I have no complaints with the place or the host or the services. Only one recommentation to the guests, this place is 10kms away from Nainital so if you are planning to commute by bike and with females then I will advice you to book a place near to Nainital.

Our stay at Plumeria, Deodar Cottages in Sattal, booked through Airbnb, was perfect for our visit to Neem Karoli Dham. The cottage’s scenic surroundings and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal place for a family getaway. The property was exactly as shown, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals. Our host, Shomya, was wonderful, responsive, and even provided indoor games that our child loved, adding a thoughtful touch. Located conveniently, it took only 35 minutes to reach Neem Karoli Dham, 20 minutes to Bhimtal, and 45 minutes to Nainital. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a homely retreat amidst nature, close to major attractions. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to!

The Stay was really pleasant. Easy check in, host was very reachable and helpful.

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.
