Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Binibeca

Lieu très beau, deuxième ligne devant la mer. Bonne communication avec Eva qui était flexible et très aidante. Parfait pour notre séjour !

The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants and by the coastal path. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There were pool noodles, water squirters, buckets and spades.

Maison agréable à vivre avec une belle terrasse et vue sur mer. Le rooftop offre une tres belle vue mais difficilement accessible l'été avec la chaleur. la maison est très bien équipée. Pour se baigner nous avons aimé une petite crique dont le chemin part en haut de la rue (15 minutes à pieds) mais notre plage préférée était à Alcalfar. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture. Noelia et Patrick ont toujours été réactifs et de bons conseils.

l emplacement de la maison au top !!! baignade en sortant du jardin.... dans une crique magnifique, mais pas accessible aux petits enfants . plage de sable à proximité . très proche de ciutadella , ville magnifique . on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage di Maripaz sei notti durante la nostra vacanza a Minorca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento dispone di tutti gli essenziali (pentole,piatti, lavatrice,ecc), ampio parcheggio interno, piscina, un bellissimo giardino ed è situato in una posizione molto comoda e vicinissima all'aeroporto di Mao. Infine Maripaz è una host molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota è che il divano letto può risultare un po' scomodo per riposate nonostante venga fornito un topper da posizionavi sopra. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il cottage di Maripaz anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mateu‘s Haus am Hafen von Cala Ratjada ist einfach wundervoll! Großartige Raumaufteilung, liebevoll und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Kunstwerke von Mateu geben den Räumen ein ganz besonderes Flair. Der großzügige Patio war unser Lebensmittelpunkt, aber auch der morgendliche Kaffee auf dem Balkon, der direkt vom Haupt-Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist, war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist sensationell, direkt am Hafen gelegen und einen Katzensprung vom Meer und der pittoresken Cala Gat entfernt. Wir haben die sonnigen Herbsttage hier sehr genossen und uns von Beginn an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mateu war unkompliziert und unglaublich freundlich, Check-in und Check-out waren sehr flexibel und einfach. Diese Unterkunft ist etwas sehr Besonderes, wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa splendida casa a Minorca. Siamo una famiglia composta da un papà e tre ragazzi giovani, e questa casa ha superato ogni aspettativa. Spaziosa, accogliente e con un giardino magnifico e curato in ogni dettaglio, ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. È evidente che questa casa è stata amata e curata da una famiglia prima di noi e che continua a farlo nel tempo con grande dedizione. Juanjo , l'host, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare il check-in e posticipare il check-out, e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per esplorare l'isola. La cucina super attrezzata è stata un vero paradiso per noi che amiamo cucinare. Abbiamo potuto preparare i nostri piatti preferiti come se fossimo a casa, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La nostra esperienza a Minorca è stata resa perfetta anche grazie a questa casa meravigliosa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! oltretutto la spiaggia è veramente vicina!

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat nur 180 cm Einzelbetten. Wenn man zu zweit beide Schlafzimmer benutzen will, muss das bei der Buchung mitgeteilt werden. Im Spätherbst/Winter riecht man die Feuchtigkeit in den Schlafzimmern. Aber der Platz der Terrasse und der Ausblick macht alles wett. Das ist das Highlight vor allem im Spätherbst, da kaum Menschen am Strand.

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

Excellent séjour ! L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Le matériel pour bébé était installé à notre arrivée. Tous les éléments sont de bonne qualité. Le village de cala en porter est très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage et des jeux pour enfants disponibles sur la place centrale . À noter la présence de 2 supermarchés très pratique ! Encore merci pour toutes les petites attentions et votre disponibilité lors du séjour !

Host molto disponibile per indicazioni e consigli per la zona (indicazioni utile per ristoranti). Alloggio come da foto e fornito dei servizi descrizione. Zona tranquilla con ampio parcheggio. Unica pecca, cucina non il massimo per cucinare e bagno poco pratico, Wi-Fi segnale non sempre presente. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour da's l'appartient de Carmen. Tout y est pensé pour s'y sentir bien 😊 La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe. Carmen a ete disponible lorsque nous avions besoin. Un grand merci pour tout 🥰

Nochmal ein riesiges Dankeschön für diesen tollen Urlaub mit einer schönen Empfangsüberraschung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Inken war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr bemüht auf unsere Nachfragen einzugehen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar ebenso die Strände. Parken war an der Unterkunft problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein wiederkommen.

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

Excellent séjour, dans cet appartement spacieux et tres lumineux ou tu y es impeccable. L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. N'hesitez pas à y sejourner pour un moment de detente à Majorque.

Pasamos unos días fantásticos. El alojamiento es tal y como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Muy funcional y acogedor. Es perfecto para ir en familia o amigos. Aunque en este último caso hay que tener en cuenta que sólo hay una cama doble. Son Parc es lo que es: un conjunto residencial turístico muy tranquilo, algo alejado eso sí, y con una play preciosa. A nosotros nos funcionó a la perfección por su buena relación calidad-precio y también porqué levantarse con las vistas que tiene la terraza del mar no tiene precio. Repetiríamos sin duda. Y además Elsa fue muy amable y siempre estuvo rápida en responder cualquier duda.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, 10-tägigen Aufenthalt mit der gesamten Familie (Großeltern, Eltern, Enkelkinder). Das Haus und der Garten bieten auch für viele Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen genug Platz zum Zusammenkommen und Zurückziehen. Obwohl es schon Mitte Oktober war, konnten wir den gemütlichen Außenbereich für alle Mahlzeiten und zum Ausspannen nutzen (wenn auch einige Maßnahmen gegen Mücken nötig waren). Laurence hat uns im Vorfeld über alle Dinge, die das Haus betreffen, informiert. Auch über Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

This was a lovely house in a beautiful spot. We had a toddler with us and he lived the garden and the sea nearby. Sergio was helpful in providing a cot and high chair.

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay on Menorca. The place was stunning, the pool was amazing and it was so peaceful. The air con across the bedrooms and living room made inside really cool, and it was really comfortable. Outside was loads of space for us to enjoy the sun (and the shade), and it felt very safe having a 3 and 6 year old with us. There was lots to do in the area, only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to take you into Mahon, and the town was a 10 minute walk with supermarkets that kept us fed and watered for 2 weeks! Hollie was a great host, gave us lots of clear instructions and advice and we will definitely come back!

Ho soggiornato a Villa Carina con la mia famiglia. Siamo stati molto bene! La zona è molto tranquilla, una vera oasi di pace!! Splendidi i tramonti sul mare. Se torneremo a Minorca, sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo a casa di Alessandro.

This accommodation was excellent. The villa was beautiful, really spacious and well equipped. The host was so helpful, from sending a list of recommendations of local areas and activities to being so flexible and helpful with check in and check out times. Irene met us at the villa on arrival and showed us around, even dropping us to a local supermarket. She checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed and really helped to make it a great holiday. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the area. We were 2 families with older children and happy to walk so was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Menorca. Thank you so much!!

Jose e Marinella sono host davvero fantastici. Sinceramente tra i migliori mai conosciuti nei miei viaggi in giro per il mondo. Sono molto amichevoli e disponibili nel dare informazioni preziose per godersi Minorca. La casa è ancor più bella che in foto. Spazi ben organizzati e cura nei dettagli, la piscina è molto curata e pulita come tutta la casa. Tornerò sicuramente!

Superbe villa dans une pinède au calme à 20mn de l'aéroport en voiture, à 5mn à pieds de la mer. À environ 20mn à pieds du magnifique village blanc de Binibeca. Boulangerie et petit supermarché à proximité. Villa cosy et agréable très bien équipée convient parfaitement pour 8 personnes entre amis ou en famille. Idéalement placée pour visiter en voiture les plus beaux lieux de l'île. Merci à Guillaume pour les échanges et informations communiquées, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 200% ce logement.
