Tiene salida a un patio trasero con zona ajardinada, y al fondo un porche acristalado. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Sehr ruhig und sonnig, eine unvergleichliche Lage. Das Dorf Fornalutx wurde für seine Umweltschutzbemühungen mit mehreren europäischen Preisen ausgezeichnet. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 10–15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, sodass Sie Tage am Strand von Port de Sóller verbringen und den vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten nachgehen können. Es befindet sich im Herzen der Serra de Tramuntana und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones).
