The serene location provided a peaceful retreat from a hustle bustle city life. This property has comfortable and inviting space to unwind. Additionaly, warm hospitality of host made experience even more exceptional! Shall definitely visit again

We were 4 couples who wanted to spend some relaxing time in the hills where we wanted to just enjoy the property and eat good food. This place was everything and more than we expected. Clean space check, spacious check, services double check, all amenities provided check. I do not have enough words to describe how well maintained and clean this space was. We were welcomed with such a warmth they did our tikka gave us welcome drinks. I cannot thank enough Bharat Pankaj and Rohit who made sure we had everything we needed food wise drinks wise they even bought us stuff from the market if needed. Their service was impeccable and filled with warm and love. The whole house was nothing but calm serene with amazing views. I highly recommend this place to everyone coming for a short getaway. A massive shoutout to the spectacular food omg I cannot rave enough how delicious the food was specially the dal and matar mushroom and mutton curry such good qty. 11/10 to this place.

KAYA HOMESTAY.. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. THIS IS A MUST VISIT PROPERTY IF YOU LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE AIRBNB. TO SAY THE LEAST ; EVERTHING WAS TOP NOTCH SPECIAL MENTION TO MS GUNJAN AND MR NAYAN GURUNG; WHO LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED TO MAKE US FEEL AT HOME. OUR SON WHO IS A TODDLER ; HAD SEVERE FEVER AND EYE INFECTION. MS GUNJAN GUIDED US THROUGH THE MMU HOSPITAL AND MR NAYAN KEPT THE KITCHEN OPEN FOR US IN THE WEE HOURS. THE MEALS WERE SCRUMPTIOUS AND SERVED PIPING HOT. MS GUNJAN HERSELF MADE SURE THAT THE INTERNET WAS ACTIVE AFTER CERTAIN GLITCH. SUCH EFFORTS ARE WORTHY OF MENTION AND TELL YOU THE INTENTION BEHIND THIS LOVELY PLACE. THEY DEFINE HUMANITY AND HOSPITALITY. MAY GOD BLESS THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES FOREVER. ONLY CON: THE PARTITION BEING ABSENT FROM THE WASHROOM LEFT IT WET. BUT I GUESS , WITH THE EFFICIENT TEAM AND BEAUTIFUL SOULS WE CAN SURELY IGNORE IT. WELL DONE KAYA HOMESTAY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Leena is an amazing host. It’s one of those places where you’ll get the real Himalayan hospitality. We felt right at home, the food was simply amazing, might have gained a few while I was here. The staff, especially Chandan (since we only interacted with him) is extremely polite and helpful. The space is very cozy, and the views around the place are breathtakingly beautiful. I’ll definitely be back as soon I can.

Fantastic stay with amazing service! We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The house is very comfortable, with all necessary amenities in perfect order. The rooms are beautifully and practically furnished, making us feel at home right away. What made our stay even more special was the host’s incredible hospitality. We accidentally locked ourselves out in the middle of the night. Despite the late hour, we were helped immediately and with great kindness. Additionally, when we had a question about something in the house, it was resolved quickly and with no hesitation. The apartment was situated in a safe neighborhood with great access to other parts of the city. It made exploring the area very easy and convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that the staircase leading to the apartment (two floors high) can be quite a challenge for people with limited mobility or for those carrying heavy luggage. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!

We were a group travelling on a school trip with children. The stay made the journey relaxed and felt right at home as soon as we entered. Children were comfortable,the food provided too was homely and the host took care to make what children would have preferred to eat. The home location is situated close to good food joints. Play areas are close by too. Children could unwind at the end of the day. Overall a comfortable & a wonderful stay.
