Sunny Black Mountain Cottage 18 min to Asheville

Welcome to this beautiful and inspired mountain home. Located in a quiet spot in Black Mountain, NC, this home is the definition of quiet luxury. Bordered on two sides of the house by wooded areas, sit on the second story balcony and enjoy birds singing. We are located approximately a 10 min walk from Lake Tomahawk and a 15-20 min walk to the edge of downtown Black Mountain (pace dependent). Asheville is about a 18 min drive. Fenced yard for kids and pups. Up to two pups welcome with a $75 fee.

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

Escape to the mountains and a cozy stay at our rustic Lucky Penny House located in a small neighborhood 1.3 miles from downtown Black Mountain. We've lovingly restored this 100+ year-old home with an updated bathroom, full kitchen and 2 comfy bedrooms, but kept its woodsy charm.
