Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Terrific for group bookings, cycling and triathlon participants, temp workers, golfers, extended families in area for special occasions, corporate charity rides, or bake off weekends! The Hideout - in the heart of Ashdown Forest

The Hideout is located down a private drive, well off the road and right on Ashdown Forest. We are a five minute walk from Gills Lap which is a central walking hub on the forest. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure, enclosed courtyard garden. You can walk for miles from the gate and we provide maps and walking suggestions. Forest Row, a ten minute drive, provides good shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a great local pub, The Hatch Inn, which is walkable during daylight hours.

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
