A 125-year-old bungalow packed with personality. Inside you’ll find curated worldly décor, many lounge spaces, and the house’s most famous feature: the Lucky Kitty Tiki Lounge, a hidden bar built inside the old garage. Outside, relax in the barrel sauna, cold plunge, and stock tank pool, gather around the fire pit, and unwind under the string lights after a night exploring Kansas City. It’s a one-of-a-kind stay just minutes from downtown, the stadiums, and some of the city’s best restaurants.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Magical tree house nestled among oaks on our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Cozy Private Barndominium/studio

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper 12/6/2025 for the comfort of your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. This adorable bungalow has everything you need for your next trip to the Kansas City area! We are pet friendly, so feel welcomed to bring along your four legged family members, we have a fully fenced in back yard. Just 5 minutes from blue springs lake, less than 15 minutes from Kauffman and Arrowhead stadiums, and 20 minutes to downtown. We know you’ll feel right at home here, and have every amenity you need, and more. We even have a coffee nook, for our tea and coffee lovers.

Walkout basement apartment with private outside entrance, private queen bedroom, full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, separate office room (single bed is in the office) , lots of comfortable seating and full private bath. Plenty of natural daylight with full size windows and glass door in the apartment. Please be sure to review our house rules. There are not many, but they are important to adhere to.

This home has been completely renovated and is located on its own 1 acre plot with private parking and is part of a larger 20 acre farm.
