The house is located on the outskirts of the city, ideal for those passing through or wanting to avoid city traffic. You can park in a safe, closed yard, which is a big advantage; you don't have to unpack all your luggage, it's a perfect solution to avoid the parking misery prevailing in the city center; your car is safe here. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a huge inner courtyard and an upstairs terrace for morning coffee and evening wine (while enjoying beautiful sunsets). Everything is perfectly clean. It is also perfect for families, one room has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Each room has a TV; there is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge in the hallway and a coffee machine (capsule ready) which is great for the morning. The CBA store, where you can shop, is a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are helpful and very nice who speak very good English; we are glad to have met them! Thanks for everything!

This is an amazing place to stay. Very easy to find, easy to check in/out and it is very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely quiet as well and close to good restaurants.

Thank you Paula for let us staying in your house. We had everything we needed. The house is an idyllic location between the river and the forest. The house is big, clean and well attended, the large yard is well arranged and give a nice home feeling. We enjoyed the big professional barbecue, we noticed the games (Ping-Pong table, Darts and the bow with arrow) and the two bicycles. Unfortunately we came with business and did not had time to enjoy all the treats of the place, but we surely came back more relaxed and with more time to explore.

Alex and Dora’s place is very charming and cozy, we stayed a couple of nights and had access to town with our car. The area is very quiet and green. The hosts were very helpful with our late check in.

I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Great apartment in a quiet and safe area with amazing neighbourhoods!! It was spotless, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed in there. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is a shower rhyme holder and a glass or curtain to the bath to avoid splashing water on the floor.

This is a gorgeous modern apartment around 2kms from the centre of Baia Mare with great views of the Cathedral opposite. Unfortunately we only spent one night there. Owner is helpful and responsive. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
