Mary Elaine was very responsive to messages. The couch smelled and she replaced it immediately with a new one. Only complaint is the noise at night. The local entertainment establishments music can be heard until 2 or 3 in the morning. The elevators had only 1 or 2 working most days and the wait sometimes was up to 1/2 hr just to get on an elevator. This is beyond her control. Plenty of transportation options and located in an excellent spot to see the whole city. I highly recommend Mary Elaine condo at 20A in Building 2 at Horizons.

It was exactly as shown in the photos and very comfortable. Everything provided in the room was clean and in great condition! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

First and foremost I want to say thankyou for ma’am jane for being so kind, patient and understanding. We really enjoy our stay in XYZ Condotel. One thing that amaze us is the honesty store. I like how the room is so clean and cozy. The room can accommodate 5-6 pax. It’s my 3rd time staying in saekyung and this is the best room that I booked so far. For my siblings and cousin who’s a first timer staying in condo I can see that they are really happy with their stay. We will surely go back to this place, in this place you can really feel you’re at home. Godbless <3

The unit is nice and clean with beautiful wooden beds. Will definitely recommend this specially for a family who’s looking for a comfy place to stay. Host is kind and responsive.

My stay at Rhesa Joy's place was very relaxing. Well set up. Felt like your at home. Internet was fast to watch movies.

Flexible check-in and check-out is great as we arrived very early in Cebu and our flight back to Manila was late. We ran to some issues but Ms. Darl was very helpful to resolve the issues. The room is pretty spacious and was able to accommodate the 3 of us comfortably.

Ran into a few hiccups here and there but my host was always there for me and took care of any & all my needs.

2nd stay at the place and it was a great experience overall :)

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! Willyn home is amazing. It is everything you need for a long term stay or short term. The location is best ideal for Lapu-Lapu area. Far enough from the traffic but close enough for a reasonable ride into Cebu City. It is the perfect balance for most people. It is great location to work from as well. She carries not 1 but 2 internet providers for extra coverage for any outage. Huge WIN. The condo is very clean. No issues, no ants nothing. I have stayed here quite a long time and never saw a bug. She takes extra care in keeping the condo clean and safe. Very responsive to any question you might have and will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Gerome/Alan’s place. The unit was clean and comfortable, perfect location —near the airport, malls, and tourist spots. Alan was very accommodating and helpful at all times. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend ❤️

One of the best condos to stay at if you are in Cebu. Super comfortable bed. Great Aircon and good internet for Netflix. Very affordable and the host is very nice and fast at communicating. If you are on a budget then this is a hidden gem for you.

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. Marites is very responsive. And depending on availability, she's allowed me to check-in early and check-out late. Thanks again, Marites!

The host was responsive, the unit was located at the corner which is perfect since you can see the outside view, complete kitchen utensils, overall it was a great place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Flordelyn’s unit! The location is super convenient—right across SM City Cebu, with a coffee shop, laundry, and pharmacy all available at the Lower Ground Floor. The unit itself was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There were just occasional delays with the elevator, but overall, highly recommended!
