Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Enjoy all Terrace Lakes has to offer. A quick 10 minute walk from Terrace Lakes lodge, Little Red sits on 3/4 acres. Plenty of room in the back for yard games or rest in the hammock or near the fire pit. The back deck includes an additional dining space, charcoal bbq and chairs to absorb the views.
