Terra delle Sidhe ist ein kleiner Bio-Bauernhof in der südlichen Toskana mit Blick auf ein wunderschönes Tal an den Hängen des Monte Amiata, zwischen den mittelalterlichen Städten Castel del Piano und Seggiano. Ein 250 Jahre altes Kastanientrockner-Steinhaus, das bis vor 30 Jahren genutzt wurde. Das von uns angebotene Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem Bio-Kastanienwald und hundertjährigen Olivenbäumen. Dieses charmante gemütliche Haus wurde nun liebevoll mit Geschmack und Einfachheit renoviert.

Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett, 1 grosszügigen, hellen Wohnraum mit Sitz-und-Essecke (Sofabett mit 2 Schlafplätzen) und 1 gut ausgestattete Küche und 1 Bad mit Dusche und Bidet.

Die Villa Blue Melon ist ein antikes Landhaus in Seelage, ursprünglich wurde sie als Bauernhof mit Gemüseanpflanzungen und Kleintierzüchtung genutzt. Die Villa liegt in der Nähe einiger der schönsten Kunststädten Italiens, sie bietet somit eine authentische Umgebung, den wohltuenden See mit seinem großen natürlichen Park. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Struktur über einen eigenen internen Parkplatz, einer Aufladesäule für elektrische Fahrzeuge, private Strand -und Barbercueausrüstung.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. Cross the garden to get to the first level: there are a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.
