Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Spacious yet cosy, family home

Bring the whole family on your Swansea escape, with ample room for fun. We've included extra bedding for our ground floor sofa bed, to accomodate our mobility impaired guests as best we can. This is in addition to the 3 double beds and single bed on the 1st floor. Ideally located near Swansea Bay and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades.
