Small two piece bathroom and small shower (similar in size to what you would find in a camping trailer) as well, all within the unit. Couch in living room also pulls out for an extra sleeping space. Coffee on the dock, afternoon paddles, fire pit nights under the stars. It's a private road with just a few cottages, so the loudest thing most evenings is the river.
