NOTE: No coffee maker as most want some special coffee drink and there are more than a dozen coffee shops within five minutes.

Here is a retreat in the woods directly on a small lake! Come relax in this calm, stylish apartment on the entire first floor of a family home. Grab a canoe and go fishing, or take a swim right off the dock then head to the hot tub. Peep our plentiful resident PNW birds and wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys and herons. The house is on a steep hill; it's a ~2 minute walk on a dirt path from the parking area at street level to the guest suite's private entrance below.

There’s a desk for office work, a beautiful kitchen and ample parking. Outdoors a gas bbq, table, chairs and umbrella for relaxing. You're close to the White River Amphitheatre and Seatac airport. People live on our waterfront so it's not available, but other parks are nearby. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable.
