Great house, clean, modern, great amenities, beautiful surroundings, very friendly hosts.

This location was exactly what we wanted & the hose was very responsive. There are steep stairs inside that were difficult for my grandparents, so it’s probably not where you want to stay with older family. The living room area is small and not a lot of seating. If you wanted to hang out inside all day during cold months with a large group, then it’s not ideal for that. We had several things planned and spent most of our time out doing things, so it was totally fine for us. A large group would be fun during the summer with the pool and very large deck outside. It was extremely clean and the host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs. I would totally recommend it to friends!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The photos online barely captured its true beauty—seeing it in person, it completely surpassed my expectations. The architecture is stunning, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made it feel like a perfect getaway. The home is very kid-friendly and had all the amenities to keep my grandkids entertained. My entire family enjoyed the space and felt right at home. One of the highlights was the farm located in the back—the kids loved getting to pet the horses and see the other animals, which made the experience even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create comfort and style. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I stayed on our wedding night and it was a beautiful little house. We had a little hiccup but Stephen and Sharon replied to us and worked to do what was best for us.

Patrick was an extremely responsive post. This house by far exceeded our expectations! It is so beautifully decorated and is the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in! We were all very comfortable and enjoyed everything about this home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Samantha’s place. The house was perfect for our multi family vacation. We came specifically to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was a nice location to access both. We especially enjoyed the second floors “apartment” style. It was very helpful for our family of many young kiddos, so the grandparents could get plenty of rest downstairs!

Colleen’s place was sooo BEAUTIFUL and well thought out. It had everything you could possibly need and she is so easy to communicate with. An absolute 10/10!

Stayed here for one night and it was such a welcoming environment. Daniel and Abbie were quick to answer any questions and did not hesitate to make the place wonderful!

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

Staying at Eric's place was like staying at a friend's house. I felt right at home the minute I walked through the door. Not only is the house immaculate but it's designed and decorated with such thought and intention; everywhere I looked there was another little creature comfort or something that made me ooh and ahh. Check in and out was a breeze. Eric responded to messages so quickly. Parking was a breeze. And the location gets you all around UC in just minutes. This will be our go-to for the next three years while our son is at UC.

Amazing place, we were just passing through and just stayed overnight. It was very clean and had a nice little coffee nook! They even had a pay it forward wine bottle (we did not partake but thought it was a cool idea) The only issue we had at all was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly, and we assume they could hear us as well. But it’s an apartment and that’s what happens. LOVED this place, will definitely look it up again if we ever come back to the area!

We could not have asked for a better location or a more comfortable place to rest after a busy day. The kitchen was so well stocked. The water pressure was excellent. The living room/bedroom area was super cozy and relaxing. It was pretty warm and humid while we were there, but the central air worked perfectly. You can walk pretty much anywhere from this spot, but you’re also really close to TWO streetcar stops. Parking is off street and FREE - I found this to be super rare with Cincy airbnbs. One piece of advice: the stairs inside the apartment are really steep, so if you don’t want to haul luggage up, use the front entrance and go up those stairs. If you’re trying to decide between this place or another, book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

It was a last minute decision to stay in Cincinnati. Chris and Chris were responsive and flexible. I had a larger vehicle and they recommended a sister property that accommodated the van. No hassles with my pets and neighborhood was fun b
