To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1,300 acre preserve and Newbert pond. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.
