Durante la permanenza : tassa di soggiorno 1,00 euro al giorno a persona per un massimo di 7 giorni. Se utilizzate il condizionatore giorno e notte si paga 3 euro al giorno per l'elettricità.

Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

House near the old bridge

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

"This hideaway" is a 450-year-old home, great to getaway or as a creative retreat. A traditional house, 2 m wide at its narrowest + 12 m tall in total (over 4 levels). Built into the mountain, with a small roof terrace with views to the sea and hills, out over our colourful village. Re-designed & restored by us, to utilise the space of its narrow design. It is light-filled throughout the year, in a friendly sea & river-side traditional village.

Graziosa e luminosa villetta immersa nel verde, con ampia veranda che circonda tutta la casa, perfetta per le serate estive. A 5 minuti da Alghero e dalle spiagge, è vicina ai supermercati. Ci si arriva dopo aver lasciato la strada principale e percorso breve sterrato in buone condizioni. Presente zona barbecue, area recintata per cani e ampio giardino con parcheggio. Adatta per famiglie e gruppi.
