Excellent location. Absolutely beautiful home. I would definitely stay again and longer if I can. Charlotte has been so helpful and friendly. The check-in information is spot on and super easy to follow. I have stayed in various places in Poole and this is definitely one of my favourites to go back to.

Lovely stay at kellys apartment. Kelly messaged to say we could arrive earlier if we wanted to, which was very helpful with three children. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again ourselves.

I lived in Swanage and owned a property there in the mid 80’s and I have been a regular visitor in the years since I left. I can say in all honesty that Sebastian’s place is my new favourite place to stay in Swanage. Location, views, character, contents and a great bed with top notch bed linen - all very impressive, We look forward very much to another stay

Although we didnt see them Emily & Luke were great hosts, helpful on messages. The place was just what we needed, very secure & private, great to have a secure carpark to use close. The flat itself was lovely - everything you needed, clean & tidy. Lots of useful & clear instructions in the book.

We highly recommend David's place in Swanage. It is a fantastic location right on the front and close to all amenities - but not noisy. It is spotlessly clean and has all necessary facilities. Parking is at a premium in Swanage, so having a dedicated parking space is key. David was extremely proactive and engaged with us to make it a perfect stay. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Many thanks David!

A perfect last minute getaway for new year tranquillity. Although the weather wasn't the best we got out still and we would definitely love to return spring/summer time as the waters /surrounding the property would be so beautiful I'm sure if it wasn't already. The bed was super comfy. The space was ideal and enough to feel comfort for our visit. Thanks for the friendly welcome... Relaxed Gestures and fresh bread too.

We had a great stay at Ruth's place. Everything was as described and the flat was just as good as all the previous reviews have stated. The flat is very near to two pubs - the Spyglass and Kettle and the Commodore. The Spyglass has lovely seating outside and the Commodore has a very good menu. We had some great days out and were able to get the number 70 bus outside the apartment to some of them. Firstly, Hengistbury Head which only takes about 15 mins on the bus. There is a cafe there and another one on the other side where all the posh beach huts are. You can also pick up the same bus there to go to Christchurch which is only about another 10 minutes in the same direction. We also got the same bus into Bournemouth. Other recommendations are: Compton Acres which is a beautiful garden, set in woodland and Harry's Rocks which involves a pleasant one mile walk from Studland Car Park. A cosy, light flat, with all amenities & yummy extras. Bedroom very spacious with en suite. During our stay a 5.15 am awakening, to view the sunrise, from lounge window, was a real bonus. Although very central to town it was remarkable quiet during the evening. No 50 bus from station - ( a short walk down the road) takes you to Sandbanks & Bournemouth. Using the unloading bay outside WH Smiths very helpful. Broad Street parking - you do need a mobile that can take a QR booking. 3 days £25.00 Bev an excellent communicator

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this cozy detached house in the Isle of Wight. The stunning sea view was a real highlight, and the peaceful location made it ideal for a relaxing break. The house was clean, warm, and perfect for families, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Both the host and property manager were very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a family getaway—we’d love to come back!

We had a great week, enjoying coastal walks and cycling and the local pub. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has the most wonderful views from the open plan living space which you can’t really appreciate from the photos. Graeme was really helpful / responsive.

We had a great Easter in this lovely apartment. It was beautifully kitted out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just minutes from the beach and it also has a couple of great restaurants and coffee shops within a 10minute walk. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area. Thanks Nicky!

Lovely warm welcome to me and my friends .The location is super , right get next to the water with a slipway to launch canoes and paddle boards , yet a 5minute walk into town . Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The Chalet was very spacious and well appointed . Great for few days away with friends , we would book again .

Sue’s place was perfect to explore Romsey, 2 minutes walk to the town square along the river. Check in was easy, communication was good and the beds were very comfortable.

My husband and I plus our small dog stayed for a week late April. 1st visit to Dorset we planned it to be our base to explore the area. We had fantastic weather and were able to achieve everything on our to do list. Location of the property easy to find and ideal for accessing road networks. The house was well presented and had everything we needed for a week, and the little welcome gifts for us and our dog were much appreciated as was access to Netflix on TV to relax after a busy day. The area is peaceful, supermarkets only a short drive away, Cobbs Quay marina restaurant and Red Lion pub within walking distance to eat and dog friendly - Red Lion can get really busy. Hao Wok do a great Chinese takeaway. We met all of our neighbours who were lovely, in fact all people in Dorset are really friendly! A really dog friendly county, we met many dog owners locally to the property when walking our dog in the mornings and evenings along the paths and grassy areas. A great holiday thank you.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Pippa was a great host, leaving very clear instructions on how to get into the property and being super flexible on whether we’d need to use the EV charger or not (we didn’t need to in the end, but the option of being able to charge the car if we needed to was super reassuring!). Lovely apartment and a great location to walk along the coast, head into town for food (loved The Cave for wine and tapas), grab a lazy breakfast (big thumbs up for The Lighthouse) or explore the region. Enjoyed the peace and quiet too! Thanks very much indeed!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly as described and spotlessly clean throughout. Also very well stocked of all essentials. My family loved the whole weekend, especially having their cups of tea each morning in bed looking out to sea. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you Tara.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment. The location was unbeatable, with stunning sea views and plenty of great restaurants and things to do right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Martin was an exceptional host, very helpful and accommodating; he even offered us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The only minor downside was that in the morning, we could hear the café below as it prepared to open, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!
