Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Such an amazing little place. So peaceful, the view is amazing. The place is very clean and had everything you need. Adrian was really welcoming and flexible. Will definitely go back!!

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

An absolutely beautiful property; we had a really peaceful break with beautiful views. Would recommend ! 10/10!

The annex was everything described and more. It was lovely and clean the bed and pillows were so comfortable.The kitchen had everything you needed shower and bath was to high specification. The house and annex itself was set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. Waking up to birds singing and horses in field by annex. 5 mins from place was a lovely pub with good menu. We could see some walks around and will definitely look into them next time . All in all it was an amazing night's stay Thankyou Sophie we will definitely come again

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

We visited Southsea for very sad reasons, it was my father-in-laws cremation so we needed somewhere close to Mum-in-law and having a wheelchair user with us meant finding a flat with little or no stairs. The garden flat was simply perfect for all of our needs with a beautiful, little outside patio that was a delightful sun trap. With everything at hand to make an emotional visit as easy as possible, I would thoroughly recommend Mark’s place. Its location is perfect for getting around Portsmouth and Southsea and we felt completely at home. Thanks, Kay, Kevin and Terry.

Great place

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

David is an incredible host - super communicative and friendly! The Airbnb was perfect for us - quiet, peaceful, beautiful (looks just like if not better than the photos) and super convenient (right next to high street and close to Ryde Pier Head). Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

We had a lovely stay here. Well situated for all that we wanted to do whilst in Ferring(visiting friends nearby) Comfortable beds. It was a cosy home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thankyou!

Danke für die ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Die nahe Lage zum Hafen mit allen möglichen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen, ließen eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Fahrt in alle Richtungen zu. Durch die besondere Lage, war auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto kein Problem und man konnte schnell und ohne Verzögerungen von A nach B kommen. Auch wenn ein kleiner Einkauf notwendig ist, findet man in in mittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der auch Brötchen anbietet. Durch die super Interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten schon allein in Portsmouth, hat uns die eine Woche längst nicht ausgereicht. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Aufenthalt war super schön und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

This was our first staying at Fiona's and it was lovely. She provided clear check in instructions, the entrance was private as it was through a back garden with a nice little seating area that we enjoyed a few times. The place was spotless upon arrival, the fridge had a few goodies like milk, jam, cold water, and prosecco which was a surprise bonus. There was also a pack of croissants and snack bites. The location gets a beautiful cross breeze when you open the windows, and it got chilly enough during our stay that we got to use the wood stove. The instructions provided in the guest book were perfect and made it easy to do. The bed size feels like a rare find and the mattress was comfy. Plenty of linens provided, the kitchen is well stocked, there's books if you want to to read outside, and the place is in great walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely look at staying here again!
