The Seaside Modern Apartment delivers true comfort in a spectacular waterfront setting. Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). A car is strongly recommended.

Apartment by the Bay

Wake up to a direct bay view from the bedroom window, with a desk right in front of it for coffee or work. The apartment is bright and spacious with a comfortable living area, dining space, and a sleeper sofa for two extra guests. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV for streaming and a well equipped kitchen with what you need to cook at home. The bedroom also includes a walk in closet. Upstairs on the second floor of a building with a garage below. No pets or animals allowed due to severe allergies.

Please plan your meals accordingly There is a restaurant for lunch and dinners.

" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed, TV with DVDs only, WIFI, a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Yummy Beach #2 - pets welcome!

Here on Miami Beach, or "my yummy beach" as a certain three-year-old once called it, you will have front-row seats to the grandeur of the Hood Canal where the Olympic Mountains rise majestically from the depths of the sea. Our unique cottage resort is situated right on the water's edge. Cottage #2 is the middle of three attached units. The hot tub is outside of Cottage #1 and is shared among all three units.

Spacious Studio Apt with ample natural light and vaulted ceilings with views of mount Rainier and the puget sound for rent. This rental is located 2 minutes from downtown Shelton, 30 minutes from the state capitol, Olympia, and just over an hour from Seattle, amazing hikes in the Olympics, and the Pacific Ocean. Also- we have a rooster & hens. We offer fresh eggs whenever our hens are laying!
