Joli petit appartement d'environ 60 m2 de superficie, situé au 1er étage dans un immeuble au centre ville d'Eymet. Proche de tous commerces ( bar, restaurant, boulangerie....). L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes maximum, il comprend une chambre avec un lit 140 x 190, d'une salle de bain et d'un wc séparé, une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et un canapé clic clac convertible en lit pour un deuxième couchage. Arrivée autonome ou remise des clefs en main propre.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand for an additional fee) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Logement pour 10 personnes, 5 chambres dont 2 avec lits simples en 90 et 3 chambres avec lits en 160. Logement avec jardin clôturé en cours d'aménagement et une belle piscine. Le linge de maison et le linge de toilette sont fournis pour le séjour.

This charming, traditional stone house is both comfortable and ecological. I am happy to offer it to travellers who appreciate simplicity. The house has a high-quality stove, exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning. There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.

Randonnées, marchés gastronomiques, lieux historiques à quelques minutes tels que Bergerac, Issigeac, Beaumont du Périgord, Monbazillac, Cadouin ainsi que les Châteaux de Lanquais, Bridoire, Biron…

Ancien moulin à vent de 1791

Situé à quelques pas du bâtiment principal de la propriété, le Moulin est, à juste titre, le symbole du domaine. Imposant bâtiment en pierres blanches, accessible par un petit escalier en colimaçon, il surplombe la campagne environnante et il est difficile de ne pas être sensible à son charme. La piscine n'est pas privative.
