Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Little Bird Studio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located self contained studio. Come and go at your leisure with your own parking bay & private garden that leads to your own entrance. Studio includes a luxurious queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, power 3 function shower, separate toilet, comfortable outdoor couch & table & your own fruit tree to relax under. Best of both worlds - centrally located just a few minutes walk from the main street in Margaret River & quiet peaceful street.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Romantic Cabin - Private Acreage

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The River Barn+optional sauna-walk to town & river

Escape to a unique loft retreat. This newly built stay features a spacious loft bedroom; you can enjoy views of nearby native trees or lie in bed and stargaze through the roof window. Thoughtfully designed with a cozy daybed nook, full kitchen, and stylish bathroom. Located just a short walk to the Margaret River, nature trails, cafes and town its the perfect base for couples or a relaxing getaway. Optional sauna and ice bath/hot tub experience available as an add-on.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Abbeys Farm Retreat

Abbeys Farm Retreat offers the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The glamping tent is nestled amongst the trees and overlooks the spring fed dam. It blends the freedom of carefree camping with luxuries you would hope to find in an upmarket resort. Soak your worries away in the outdoor stone bath tub, enjoy the outdoor fire pit under the stars, or simply lounge out in the hammocks, deck chairs, bean bags and day bed.
