We had our family of 8 stay for 3 nights. Everything was great! Any questions we had Becky was quick to respond. If you have kids that love Nerf guns, and all kinds of games, this is the place!

Great place to stay with all the amenities you needed for a weekend get away. Clean and tidy house and neighborhood. Stores are very easy to access. Instructions were very clear and while stay was hassle free. Will recommend this place to my friends and relatives for 100%.

A great beach trip -absolutely stunning house- perfect kitchen so well equipped ! So well maintained ! New couches were a treat! Comfortable beds ! Amazing bathrooms! And the beach was so nice! So safe from cars as beach is pedestrian beach - unusual for Texas! New restaurant find : Coopers Landing was such a find - gorgeous great food! This was our second time visiting - and will not be our last ! Everyone loved it!!

Absolutely loved this amazing house! It was big, spacious, and perfect for our special occasion. The host was super accommodating and allowed us to host our wedding party for 25 people. What really stood out was their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to help with everything. Always available for immediate assistance, they made sure our stay was stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and flexible space!

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. We had a wonderful time at Kokomo. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The views and access to the beach were exceptional. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The beach in front of the house was very clean and private. There was no thru traffic on the beach for cars so the beach felt very safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our family time together there. We took our two black labs and they both felt at home too. We will definitely be going back!
