One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house with its own entrance. There are 3 separate cottages located on this property - Sea le Vie, SeaScape and Seas The Day Guests also have full access to the splash pool located next to the units. UNFORTUNATELY THIS UNIT DOES NOT TAKE CHILDREN. Parking is in a designated parking bay on the private road. There is security cameras on site.

Watch the dolphins play every morning from the comfort of the house or pool area or take a 5 minute walk down the private beach path leading you to a secluded quiet beach if you fancy a swim or relax on the beach. The main en-suite bedroom is on the upper level, two bedrooms on the lower level and two more on the mezzanine level. Perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Hideaway in Ballito

Set in Simbithi, a secure eco-estate, wake up and see the sea, go to sleep hearing the waves in the distance. The unit has its own entrance and is private. I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. The Hideaway has a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge/dining area with a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or heat up snacks. It is a special space to relax and unwind. Please note there are natural rock stairs to the unit.
