Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The annex comprises an open plan living area, with a lounge and kitchen area. A separate bedroom and bathroom with a shower. (no bath). Newly decorated, modern and fresh. Everything you need for your home away from home experience. The bedroom has small double bed, with sofa bed in the lounge. The property can accommodate twin sleeping if required. Bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. You are welcome to use our shared garden area.

Rest Bay Beach Stay

This is our newly refurbished self contained ground floor flat expecting families of 4 who come for the nearby beach. Private lock box entrance and off road parking. Leave the apartment via a private gate to the beach path 100m across the common and you are on the beautiful beach. Rest Bay is a large sandy beach famous for surfing with rock pools and pebbles around the edge.The coastal path walk in both directions is spectacular. 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the town of Porthcawl.

It's design captures the maritime heritage whilst providing a comfortable retreat within the South Wales town. The location is right opposite a church and boasts a five minute walk to the bustling town centre and the seafront, whilst the resort beach of Rest Bay is a 15 minute walk - easy reach to catch the surf.

The Griffin Apartment is a large, modern, open plan flat located opposite Porthcawl fairground and Coney beach, and is only a five minute walk from the town centre and seafront.
