Property has access to 2 bedrooms (one king / one double), en-suite attached to the master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, w/c and outdoor area. Property has a hot tub. Chemicals will be added for your arrival - instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. The hot tub does have a gazebo over it, so can be used in all weathers. Tub will be cleaned for your booking - hence the higher cleaning fee.

The lawned garden areas are shared with the owners/main house.

Ivy Cottage is a cosy converted stone building on our family dairy farm with exposed beams and a wood burning fire. This well equipped cottage can sleep up to 5- ideally 2 adults and 3 children with one double bedroom, a small twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and mezzanine with a single bed. The single beds are slightly narrower than standard. Enjoy your own private hot tub. Visitors are welcome to explore our dairy farm and woodland. Lots to see and do in the local area.

From the Annexe you could take a walk into Porthcawl town to peruse the local shops or spend the day on one of the many blue flag beaches South Wales has to offer. You could visit the local pub for a cheeky drink before sampling some of Porthcawl's award winning fish and chips! Or just spend your holiday relaxing and enjoying the hot tub .
