Perfect little get away pad in Brighton for two. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple or two friends . A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available to use. Pets welcome but tell us first please

The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.
