There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Conveniently located 3 miles, West of M5, 3 miles North of I 696. Only 3 houses away from lake, access is for swimming, or kayak, canoe launch, no boat launch at this access. This is not for picnic or parties, only for water craft, toys, and swimming. In Wolverine Lake. The house is not on the water. Enjoy a relaxed comfortable stay, with full access to the entire ranch home. In the small town setting of all sports, Wolverine lake. Home is just north of Walled lake, and Novi Mi.

A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features.
