Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Our location is close to everything. Turn left out of the driveway and the train & Bryson City is a mile. Go Right and the Deep Creek area/GSMNP is roughly 1 mile. Apt is 100% private. Apt is almost 1200 sq ft. Unit #1 sleeps 6. 2 Bedrooms each with a King Bed and a Trundle Daybed in the LR. Large Full Bath has His and Her sides to with a walk-in Shower, Toilet, and a Combo Shower/Tub. Apt also has a 1/2 Bath. Essentially 2 Full Baths. 2 Parking spaces & an add'l space may be available

A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. This apartment is attached to my home, but has a separate entrance. One queen bed. Kitchen area does not have a regular stove/oven but does have a counter top toaster/broiler/convection oven, brand new 2 burner stove top, electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator. Also, just added a TV to the apartment. Open area with couch and chair. Island top with 2 chairs. Private bathroom and access to washer & dryer. Guests can expect privacy while enjoying the deck and using the grill and/or hot tub.
