Quirky Designer Pad with a Seamless Blend of Old and New

Our apartment is located in the Budapest Broadway, at the border of the 6th and the 5th district.The building was built in 1903 according to the plans of Alfred Wellisch and it is in nice condition now. The elevator takes you up to the top floor (3rd floor), where you see wide original cement tiles on the corridor floor. In the corner on the left-hand-side you will find the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the spacious entry hall. Immediately on the right you find the bathroom no.1, following that comes the laundry then the on left side is the bedroom no.2. If you go straight, you arrive to the huge living room. After entering the living room you can find bedroom no. 1 on the right side. You will locate a "secret" door in there (on the right side). Behind it there is a walk-in warderobe and crossing it you arrive to the bathroom no.2. The apartment has very high quality in every details. We have many designer pieces.:-) Equipment: Wifi, Samsung Smart UHD"46"tv with keyboard, Satellite channels, Washing machine, Iron, Drying rack. Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with milk foamer, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Sat TV, High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber, skype, messenger, whatsapp. The apartment is around the corner from the grand boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars. The elevator in the building is only to be used to go up, after arriving, it has to be sent back to the ground floor.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Budapest, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We're situated on the riverbank with the Buda Castle and the Gellért-hill just around the corner and most sights are in walking distance. There is a queen-size bed on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, equipped with showers, sinks, toilets, and a washing machine. The kitchen is furnished with an oven, hot plate, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and fridge. Next to the kitchen, you can find the dining table. In the living area, there is a queen-size bed, a sofa, and a cabinet with a large TV. Up in the mezzanine, there is another double bed from where you can watch the second TV. There, you can also relax in a massage chair.

Several restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries and coffee shops to choose from, most within one block, so you don't even have to cross the street.

My downtown home is a great choice for anyone visiting Budapest. Nearly all sights are in walking distance, still, the apartment is quiet, as it looks to the inner yard. Very cozy for longer stays, too, with stable Wi-fi, strong heating in winter and A/C in summer. One split level room sleeps up to 4 guests (3 separate). People over 190 cm please watch your heads on the loft ;) My garage is 5 min walk away (350m) for vehicles under 190 cm high. Please inform me if you need it upon booking.
