We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for an extended family holiday (6 adults and 1 toddler), with plenty of space and an amazing outdoor area with stunning views. The cot and high chair provided for our toddler were of very good quality (including a thick comfortable mattress in the cot). We would recommend you have a car if staying here, as it is a great base to see many of the sights of Montenegro. Marijana was a brilliant host and her communication with us was excellent, even arranging clean towels and linen during our stay. Thank you for hosting our holiday!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Our flight has delayed for nearly four hours, and we have to pick up the rental car then get to the house, the host has been waiting for us till nearly 1am, and when we finally turn up, he kindly show us the house and passed us the key. Really appreciate they wait for us that night. Absolutely love the air-conditioning in house and hot tub, as the temperature is too hot to bare, we didn't heat up the hot tub and use it as a mini cooling spa. The hot tub is the cleanest we have ever had. View from the house also stunning. Jelena is responsible on messages or calls for any of our questions in English. Should have booked more days here.

Logement pour famille nombreuses ou avec des amis. Grand, et confortable avec la clim dans toutes les pièces même si mi octobre nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Bord de mer à 15mins à pied avec de bon genoux quand même ;o) Calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Prévoir de l'anti-moustique et aussi de nourrir les chats qui viennent rapidement nous caliner :o). Nombreux sites à visiter et restaurants sympas à 15mins en voitures.

Facile d’accès, hôtes disponibles et réactifs. Simple et pratique pour un petit groupe ou famille. Très beau jardin.

We had a wonderful stay in Budva and made this our base for exploring Montenegro. Katarina is a fantastic host, she welcomed us in-person to the flat and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. During the one day that it rained she leant us an umbrella so we could go out without getting wet. The apartment is really well equipped and clean and has everything you need. It is located on the busy main street in Budva. There are lots of restaurant and supermarkets close. You can take buses from the stop outside further along the coast to Sveti Stefan or Petrovac.

Z całego serca mogę polecić to miejsce do pobytu, wszystko co można tylko sobie wymyślić było w mieszkaniu zapewnione, nawet w lodówce po przybyciu czekały na nas poczęstunki od gospodarza żeby od razu nie biec do sklepu a na spokojnie się rozpakować, bardzo łatwa komunikacja z gospodarzem który mimo wysłania wszystkich niezbędnych informacji do zameldowania się dodatkowo przywitał nas osobiście. W pobliżu jest duży sklep w którym znajdziecie dosłownie wszystko. Do plaży trochę trzeba się przejść ale nie jest to minusem bo za to mamy zapewniony spokój i prywatność. Napewno jeszcze wracając do Budvy zrobimy rezerwacje w tym przepięknym miejscu.

The view from the place is surreal. Definitely worth the commute. The host Biljana and their team was amazing and go above and beyond to make your trip great, especially Milan from the team was very helpful to us and took care of everything. Definitely recommend having your own car if you come to the place as we had to use cabs a lot. It is a stunning place and the pool is great. The food is really great as well, loved the breakfast.

Мы провели неделю в этой уютной квартире и остались очень довольны. Путешествовали с двумя собаками и кошками, и очень благодарны хозяйке, что она нас приняла. Квартира небольшая, но в ней есть всё, что нужно. Кухня и санузел чистые, а в спальне удобная кровать шириной 140 см. Места немного, но нам было комфортно. Квартира в маленьком доме с отдельным входом и террасой, где мы часто завтракали и отдыхали с нашими питомцами. Интернет был не самый быстрый, но фильмы смотреть можно было без проблем. Хозяйка — просто чудо! Она говорит на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, встретила нас, всё показала и рассказала. Было очень приятно найти на кухне вино и фрукты в подарок. Парковка рядом с домом — очень удобно. Это отличное место для путешествий с животными! В Петроваце есть два парка с дорожками, которые ведут к пляжам — отличное место для прогулок с собаками. Рядом с квартирой также есть пекарня, рынок, магазины и рестораны. Нам всё очень понравилось!

Big apartament with washing machine, with 2 bethrooms, a living room with a kitchen open spate. Jaz beach in proximity, 5-10 min by car. Tania was great! I recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly like the photos — clean, comfy, and in a really good location. There was a big supermarket nearby which was super convenient, and we had a parking space for the car. Our host was amazing — super responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. We didn’t realise shops were closed on Sundays, and even though it's not something he provides, he brought us shampoo and body wash which was such a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Miloś is very responsive and communicates quickly and clearly. His place is wonderful as it gives a great view on the bay. It is also super clean and very functional. Would recommend 100%

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

A very cozy place and incredibly quiet, which was important to us as we wanted a peaceful and relaxing New Year’s Eve. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and Netflix for entertainment. The internet connection is impressively fast (stable 550 mbs)! Apartment also has super cozy balcony with incredible view on the mountains surrounding the city. We experienced some minor issues due to the town’s electrical situation during the holidays, but the hosts resolved them quickly. Communication with the hosts was amazing — they are very kind and thoughtful people!

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.

Harika bir ev, kendinizi evinizde hissedebilirisiniz. Mobilyalar ve eşyalar çok kullanışlıydı. Otopark mevcut değil ama yakınlarda ücretli otoparklar bulabilirsiniz, aynı zamanda hastahane ve marketlere ulaşımı çok kolay. Misafirlere gönül rahatlıyla kalmalarını öneririm.

Notre séjour fut très agréable. L’appartement est moderne et bien équipé, il est situé à proximité des commodités. La vielle ville de Budva est accessible à pieds (environ 20-25 min). Le parking est très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter
