Resort conveniences, aesthetic accommodations. Recommended if you’re looking for a place to chill in Mangatarem. The cabin itself felt cozy and had just the right look on the outside. Air conditioning was available though I think the electric fan can be sufficient during colder months. Parking was easy and ample. Staff was great, all my needs were attended to as well as my requests for food and souvenirs to buy, with a very reasonable delivery fee. Breakfast and dinner were good and filling. The atchara was just right and not overpowering. Would go back here, especially to give the swimming options a try.

Una casa de campo totalmente recomendable para los que buscamos descansar tranquilamente después de visitar Hundred Islands y Lucap o alrededores. La cocina está equipada con lo necesario para cocinar si quieres, e incluso para hacer barbacoa. Los anfitriones muy amables y serviciales, además cuentan con una tiendecilla, que te puede salvar de algún apuro! Dato importante: cuenta con suministro propio de electricidad! Lo cual es una gran ventaja para cuando hay apagones de luz, como nos pasó a nosotros el último día. Totalmente recomendable 👌🏽

Perfect Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Gutierrez Apartment's! The apartment was just as described and even better in person. It was [clean, cozy, spacious], and the location was perfect—close to the wedding that we are to attend. The [bed, living space, bathroom, etc.] was very comfortable, and it really felt like a home away from home. John was an excellent host—very responsive and welcoming. His quick to responses and very accomodating. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lingayen. Thanks you

The place was good for relaxation to commune with nature. There was a pool for a leisurely dip. It was like a home away from home. The staff were all helpful and honest. I left my phone in their counter before we left and the staff kept it. Fernando was kind and accommodating to arrange the transfer of my phone all the way to Quezon City when I called him. I will surely return to his place when I go to the north. We had a very good stay at Fernando's place!

this place is an inspiration. so many surprises to explore outdoors, amazing hiking...it could be a tourist destination as well as lodging! the vibe is opulent and energizing. the host is attentive answer accomadating. we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio above the house overlooking the surrounding Greenspace and distant mountains. we also loved the pool!
