Love this place. It’s beautiful. There was lots of snow but it made it even more beautiful! Perfect size for my visiting family. Will look to book again

Had a quick stay as a mini getaway. It was absolute beautiful. A small hiccup made it to where we checked in a day late, they were so incredibly accommodating. The cabin was very easy to get to thanks to their directions. It was a perfect get away and we will definitely be booking again for another get away.

The house was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. I would suggest packing water shoes for the little ones. We did not and left with a couple cuts but nothing serious.

Everything is exactly as described!! When you walk it you automatically feel this was a great place to be! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, just beautiful! The handbook had instructions for everything you could possibly have a question about as well as the labels around the home to help as well! The sauna with the blue tooth was so soothing and easy to use ! Plenty of linens and extra blankets if needed . Beds and couches were comfortable! The bathrooms were spotless and welcoming as well! There was a personalized note and goodies on the front table that makes you smile when you arrive! We enjoyed our stay and planning to be right back once the pool is open!

Beautiful house!! We really enjoyed our time here. We were a group of 4 ladies celebrating a birthday, and it worked well! It would be even more ideal for a family with kids, given the fun bunk room. We loved sitting on the deck, using the kayaks, soaking in the hot tub, and visiting local restaurants. Shenandoah National Park is also only about an hour away.

My husband and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Merryview Cottage. Everything is as pictured and described, right down to the room-darkening shades for the bedrooms, the makings for s’mores around the fire pit, and the hammock-with-a-view. For us, this Airbnb is our new favorite. Nothing can match the incredible views of the rolling hills from the porch, the soul-restoring quiet, and the sweet sounds of birds. Julie has thought of absolutely everything; I felt right at home. We had the delightful pleasure of meeting Julie and Rodney, and felt immediately like we found friends. Hope to return in the future.

This home was beautiful, wonderful, and relaxing. The view from the house is so gorgeous and secluded. You really feel like you are on vacation. Of course our host was responsive and proactive. But as a busy mom with two little kids I have to highlight how particularly child friendly this home is! We stayed upstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath in between. My boys loved having two single beds at a height they could easily get into and I loved not worrying about them falling out of a gigantic bed. There were toys in the chest of their room with working batteries! Unreal! There was a mini table and chairs. Games and books spanned multiple ages and both my 4 yo and my 6 yo found games to play. My kids are sensitive to cold water (the little one turns blue!) and the heated pool was a HUGE hit. We never even made it to using the kayaks because the kids just wanted to be in the pool. There were even pool toys. I am running out of characters for this review! We will be back!

Josh has a wonderful place and we would love to return! Its well laid out and our family was comfortable with lots of space! We really liked the flow from the living space to the hot tub.

The place was private and extremely beautiful. I loved every bit about being out there at the Ecapes and would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a relaxing get away from any hustle and bustle.
