A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Ideal location for exploring the Blackstairs or the multiple high quality golf courses in the area . A great starting\finishing point for the Wicklow way walkers, with Clonegal (2km) nearby. Loads of cycling routes in the area also Five Valleys is a 2 bedroom apartment located adjacent to our home, with a balcony that has magnificent views of Mount Leinster. Parking is very secure, as access to the property is via electric gates. Guests will be greeted by our very friendly collie dog, Riley.

Walk the towpaths of Borris, venture up Mt Leinster, enjoy the quaint pubs of Clonegal. Kilkenny City is a must.
