It was an unforgettable visit!! The cottage is so perfectly nestled in the beautiful mountains. We loved visiting with the pony, Princess, and saying hey to their sweet dog Adora! Rachel and Ron gave wonderful recommendations of local restaurants and trails. They were so kind and helpful! The cottage was very clean inside and the experience inside was magical with their beautiful artwork painted everywhere! We loved our stay!

It was a wonderful weekend getaway! We went up here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday in a peaceful way and to disconnect from the outside world. It was homie and beautiful all around. We were able to bring our dog and he enjoyed running around, bathing in the sun, and visiting the cow! We will sure be back once late spring/ summer hits! So thankful for James and Sofi to open up their cabin to us!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at this cottage! We took a couples trip to visit Asheville and support the community after the hurricane, and we loved every minute of it! The place was beautiful and private and we felt right at home! The hot tub was definitely a favorite for us!!!! We would absolutely stay again!

The hosts were very very responsive. Very clean Cabins too. Even though pets are allowed, there was no sign of pets inside, very well cleaned. We had a very small concern, and they were right there the second I messaged them! Very very helpful! We will definitely start booking our family reunion June stays here from now on!

Look no further! This place is wonderful. It is THE best airbnb I've stayed in. It is so close to downtown which was convenient for wedding festivities. With the birds churping and crisp mountain flowing through the property, you feel like you've escaped to your own private oasis. I will be back!

My husband and I chose to stay here for our anniversary and we're so glad we did! Waking up to golden rays dancing on the trees and shining through the home, the relaxing hot tub, and the peaceful surroundings just made the stay romantic and perfect for us. Everything was pristine, modern, and just what we needed. It's a close drive to downtown and about an hour away from where we hiked which was great. We'd definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! Beautiful and peaceful. Our favorite part was the cedar hot tub. It smelled great and was so relaxing! Super comfy bed and really nice sheets. The place had everything we needed. We will definitely book again for a quick and peaceful get away.

We stayed at the tiny house for a weekend and it was such a beautiful home. The views were gorgeous and sitting in the hot tub at night under the string lights was incredible. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a private getaway near Asheville!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dixiemarree's. Stayed with our 2 dogs so really enjoyed taking them on the trails by the house, plus it was a quick drive to the Arboretum to check out the gardens. We'll definitely consider staying again for our next visit to Asheville.

Our stay at The Understory was nothing short of perfect! Immediately upon walking in, we felt at home. The space is very carefully designed and clearly had so much thought put into it. Just a little example— The Understory comes with a pour over coffee making set up. I’ve never made it before but always wanted to try! The hosts made a little placard to go on the wall behind it with directions for exactly how to make it! It was honestly such a fun little treat to do each morning. The hosts also had a huge list of recommendations to do in the area and were so responsive to all of my tourist questions. The bathtub was my personal favorite— it was very clean and well kept, and the most relaxing thing I’ve done in years. We brought our dog and she loved it too! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely breathtaking! Words cannot secure the peaceful setting and craftsmanship of this property. We were instantly blown away upon arrival. Beautifully positioned with a tranquil environment surrounded by nature and trees. The home is gorgeous, designed with intention and fully stocked by Lindsay to great a home away from home feeling. Board games, fire pit, snacks and toiletries were there waiting for us. Fully stocked kitchen as well. Access to hiking and nearby restaurants as well. This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in!!! Highly recommend and if we are in the area again we would stay here in a heartbeat. Come experience a different type of paradise!!!

My husband and I came to the treehouse for a birthday getaway and it was exactly what we hoped for. The treehouse is private, extremely quiet, clean, and cozy. We felt like Frog and Toad in a little forest house. The directions are easy to follow (though we'd recommend arriving with daylight if possible), the kitchen has what you need for basic cooking, the space heater provided plenty of warmth, and the shower was awesome and had very hot water. Also, loved the water from the tap, so clean and yummy. We hoped to do some hiking in the area but lots of trails are closed still, so we enjoyed a lovely day in Asheville and brought dinner back to the treehouse. There are little games and we enjoyed disconnecting from everything. The space is small, obviously, but it's perfect for two people. There are lots of windows and the moon was very bright during our stay, so I might recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping if light bothers you. Perfect porch for stargazing. 10/10, 5 stars, LOVE.

This was our 2nd stay at Jennifer’s place and we ended up getting trapped in Asheville during the hurricane Helene. Jennifer and her family were so very kind and helpful and they share supplies, food, and water with us and we quickly became family. The airbnb space is perfect for a couple or small family and you’ll have everything you need. The location is easy for access to shopping and the highway. Highly recommended. THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!

A great option near Asheville with quick access to W Asheville, downtown, and the lower-key Weaverville world. Definitely recommend if the description and pictures match your needs.

it was a nice small space just what we were looking for it was a quiet area not a lot of traffic and stuff like that the place was really clean we enjoyed our stay there and we will stay again whenever we come back into town

This place was so dreamy!! The views are amazing. Everything matched the description. It was close to many trails that made it easy to explore the area. It was easy to get to and from town if you needed to. I would definitely recommend arriving in the daylight (as the host mentioned). We arrived late due to our work schedules and it was a little nerve wracking to find initially in the dark. However, the directions they have listed are spot on! It was hot while we were there, but the cabin stayed a comfortable temperature. The shower was fun and somewhat comical. We left the water in the solar bag while we went on a large hike but when we came back, most of it had leaked out and there was bugs floating in what was left in the bag. I boiled water and mixed with cold and my shower was otherwise enjoyable! Again, this property was so cool! We would definitely go back!
