La petite maisonette de Ivan est très agréable, l'espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses plantes est appréciable. C'est bien situé, proche de la plage avec des commmerces (excellent magasin de fruits et légumes) et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche et possibilité de se garer sur place.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Amazing taste in home design/decor and an incredibly helpful and friendly host who always answered right away. The beach and pool are easily accessible, beds are spacious and the separate bathrooms were spotless, BBQ and kitchen stove worked great, garden cats were cute and abundant and the backyard patio was equipped for smokers and featured a remote control roof that could let the breeze in. Our stay was overall magnificent and we had a marvelous time. We even looked up the furniture and knick-knacks online to take ideas for our own homes because we loved it so much there. We would definitely love to come back again for another summer vacation.

Amazing host and a great apartment with an amazing terrace and view! We and our senior cat Gizmo enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was super close too and the neighbourhood was calm and relaxed. We'd definitely choose staying here again!

Our initial booking was for 3 nights, but the place was so cosy and spacious, the views wonderful and the surroundings blooming with flowers and sea, that we decided to stay extend our stay and seems we did the right thing :)

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It's exactly like the photos. It's right next to the sea garden which is great. If you travel by car there is a parking spot in the building which is very helpful. Emil is a very responsive host who gave us clear instructions on how to find the place. I definitely recommend the place !

W apartamencie zatrzymaliśmy się na kilka nocek. W mieszkaniu było wszystko zapewnione ! Waciki do zmywania makijażu, kapsułki do prania, koce, a nawet klapki do chodzenia ! Dawno nie byłam w tak bardzo dobrze wyposażonym Airbnb ! Mieszkanie zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. Czysto, przytulnie. Wielki plus za wielki taras na którym spędziliśmy miło wieczór! Mieszkanie miało wszystko czego dusza pragnie ! Mieszkanie w fajnej lokalizacji, kontakt z właścicielem natychmiastowy ! Jak będę kiedyś w Burgas to napewno to miezkanie ponownie zarezerwuje ! Dziękuję

Good place to stay, next to grocery store, supermarket and two restaurants. There is a nice bakery on a walkable distance and the Marine Garden is also on a walkable distance ~ 10 minutes. The apartment has everything you might need as kitchen utensils. A little bit cramped for a family of four.

Это был прекрасный отдых! Комната оснащена всем необходимым, до моря 5 минут пешком, рядом рестораны, магазины. Особенно огромное спасибо Lene за отзывчивость и этот отдых!

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Останахме за няколко дни с приятелката ми и всичко беше перфектно. Апартаментът беше точно както на снимките. В околността има добри ресторанти и е близо до Морската градина. Намира се точно пред паркинг и до спирката с най-много опции за автобуси. Бих го препоръчал на всеки!

Ein richtig toller Ort zum Entspannen! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt - die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex gelegen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool, in dem man morgens ganz alleine schwimmen konnte. Viele Strände sind in der Nähe. Ivan & Mirella haben auch immer superschnell reagiert & waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Skvelé ubytovanie v menšom meste a len niekoľko minút od letiska, ako aj od pokojnej pláže. Ideálne miesto na pokojnú dovolenku! Ivo bol veľmi milý a rýchlo komunikoval.

Престоят ни беше прекрасен. Мястото е доста спокойно, на 2 минути от плажната ивица. Настаняването е много удобно и Sharron е много гостоприемна. С голямо удоволствие бихме се върнали пак. 😊
