The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

It was a very good place to stay, the bed was very stiff, I slept well but my wife didn't, she is used to a more "cushioned" bed, she then slept on the sofa and it was better for her. Also we couldn't get the Internet to work because they had to set it up with a username and password from the Internet supplier, but it was not a big deal since we weren't there that much. Great stay and highly recommended. If you're going to an event to The Ritz I would say this is the best option.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay here. My trip was for work and after work I tend to game so I brought my PS5 and the WiFi is great if you want to game all night. Also the area is really nice. Lots of places to eat. Also the apartment is full of everything you need. I personally liked how the host has this refillable/filtered gallon. Highly recommend to anyone

This was the perfect place to stay for a family reunion. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was so nice to go sit out by and I loved the screened in porch 😍

My family and I enjoyed our stay with Bull City. We came to Durham to celebrate the 5th and final Dreamville. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to helping us!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful space! Very peaceful and wonderful option for a staycation. Process to book and find location was very simple while process to access unit was slightly challenging…but once steps were properly followed it was worth the wait. Super clean and beautiful decor. Fully stocked from kitchen ware, snacks, play station, and even a guitar! Olu was friendly and gave direct and easy to understand directions. I would definitely rebook!

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Convenient and functional place for a weekend stay. Delana was flexible and kind, accepting our last-minute reservation without a problem. The location is good, and the area is safe and peaceful. This is not a luxury stay, but it is a comfortable, practical option.

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home it was perfect for the amount of people we had. Everyone really enjoyed the covered back porch. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the hot water supply seemed to be endless. Loved the house

What a beautiful home! Plenty of room for our large group and it was so clean. The kids enjoyed having the toys and books that were in the home. Crystal was very responsive to our questions. The ground floor has a master bedroom with King and master bath, Queen bedroom and 2 twin beds bedroom and bathroom. The ground floor has 2 sitting areas. The basement had one bedroom with futon, Queen bedroom and through the bathroom is a twin bedroom. The basement has a sitting area and another smaller kitchen. We had plenty of room to spread out with our group of 5 adults and 2 kiddos. We loved our stay in Crystal's home. Thank you so much!

My husband and I recently stayed at this home for five nights. It is in a great location, very close to the North Hills area in Raleigh. It was very quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend this home.
