The white bass were hitting artificial crank baits You will likely not see another person unless you go to nearby state parks or wineries or to town for antiquing. Canoe & gear provided!

The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Bring your friends and family and get a taste of the true Texas Hill Country.

Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, an electric fireplace in the living room as well a back deck to soak in as much of the hill country views as possible during your visit. The home is also fully accessible and has ample parking along a semi-circle drive in the front.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables.
