We enjoyed a quick stay recently with our teens and poochies. The home is very comfortable and in a great location to walk to the shops or beach. A lovely open garden meant our dogs got lots of exercise in the yard too. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom toiletries, as well as laundry and washing up items, which we find are lacking in a lot of other rentals. We especially loved the Lekker Dutch bikes to use, and enjoyed riding around Byron on these. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location.

This was the perfect place for our family - three generations - each of us found a quiet place. The kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, clean and perfect and so well appointed. The kitchen had the best appliances and an abundance of pots and pans. cooking utensils and crockery. The beds were very comfortable. The lounge room, daybeds and dining area on the verandahs gave us plenty of hang out spaces. The magnesium pool was another plus. We couldn’t have been happier. Many thanks to the host. I would highly recommend Oodgeroo House, situated close to the town centre, beaches, cafes and restaurants. We hired a car and were within 10 minutes of all attractions. Bluesfest was half an hour away.

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in terms of beauty and amenities. Jim was the most responsive host we’ve had during any Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was in good condition after the cyclone. He was truly fantastic. Because of the cyclone, the private path to the beach was unusable but 200m down the road (Wareham St) was another entrance to the beach which was accessible for my elderly father. The beach is not patrolled this time of year but has shade and was still beautiful despite the erosion/accessibility issues. There was a playground next to the property which worked well for our 2.5 year old (with supervision). A 10 minute walk up the road was a great bakery/coffee, a small grocery store and a great Indian restaurant among other shops. Easy 10-15 minute drive into Byron which has a woolies and is patrolled. Highly recommend.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Julia's lovely home for my 21st birthday weekend. The home was well equipped, spacious, and the hot tub was amazing when we had a bit of rain. Julia was extremely quick at responding to any questions and was lovely enough to give us the hot tub for free when there was flooding due to excessive rain on the first day, which was out of anyone's control. The area felt safe and quiet, being in a complex which added some security for us whilst still being walkable to the main part of Byron. Julia's home seems perfect for families or a group of friends to enjoy some time away. I couldn't recommend it enough.

It was the perfect space for our family, very well appointed. The pool was great and provided lots of fun for the kids. Everything was provided and it felt like home. It was a tad on the warm side in the downstairs kitchen/lounge so we just used all the fans and let the breeze in at night, all other spots were perfect.

Jenny’s place was great. It was extremely close to bars and restaurants and it felt like we were in the thick of it in Byron Bay. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there, however the apartment was awesome to hang out in. The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

We had a nice stay at this apartment, we even added on another night. We appreciated the amenities and the beds and pillows were comfy. The town is vibrant, there are good restaurants, and plenty to keep everyone happy. We are definitely visiting again.

This apartment was just perfect for us! The location is great and couldn't be better. The apartment is huge and the rooms are great. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has everything we needed. The apartment was very lovingly furnished and had great details. We felt very comfortable staying in this apartment as a family. Great quiet place to stay in fantastic location just a short stroll from the shops, beaches, bars and restaurants that Byron bay has to offer. Paddy was friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my week’s stay. The studio was clean and spacious. Would definitely love to return!

We had such an amazing time staying at Sharyn’s. The location is ridiculously good, a 2-minute walk to town with loads of great eating and shopping options. Walk to the supermarket, and the beach access was outstanding. The apartment is so well stocked with anything you might need, Tupperware, kitchen utensils etc. Comfy beds and different area to relax inside and out. The kids made great use of the pool and spa. Just perfect!

We loved our stay at Gemmas. Wanted to stay in Byron but with our dog & it being Easter we couldn’t stay right in the town of Byron. I have not been to Byron in the last 20 years & being just a short drive away from Byron at Gemmas was the absolute BEST. The quaint gorgeous town of Bangalow was what Byron used to be and my family and I loved the area & were so appreciative of staying where we were. Gemma & Charlie were great hosts. Their place felt homely and at the same time super luxurious with great environmentally friendly products & lush soaps / towels etc. Highly recommend. Thank you Gemma & Charlie for having us stay

Was a great little apartment close to the beach and shops! We had a wonderful Easter break here! The host was very responsive and would absolutely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean, well stocked and beautifully styled. We felt very much at home. It’s close to the airport and therefore makes for a homely landing pad. Located by the river, this place has views for days. Thank you for having us Paul & Dorothea.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to Byron. Property was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfy, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Loved the peaceful setting—close enough to town to enjoy the vibe, but far enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is fantastic, feels like it was just renovated so very modern, comfortable, well equipped and the location is brilliant - literally only half a block from excellent cafe and restaurants. Putting this one on my favourites list.

The apartment is better than the photos depict! The balcony surrounded by trees is a lovely place to hang out. Parking on street is so handy, walking distance into the bustle but quiet. Very nice, spacious apartment, comfortable and would definitely stay again.
