Ferienunterkünfte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in Cabo Verde

We loved our stay there. The appartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is perfect, between the sea and Santa Maria. You can walk or take the free shuttle. There is also a nice swimmingpool in front of the appartment. Also the couple who let us in where very friendly. Simon always responded quick and also booked a taxi for us to the airport which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Mindelo und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns 4. Spektakulärer Ausblick vom Apartment auf die Stadt, Berge und Meer. Ein Supermarkt ist unten im Gebäude und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In das Stadtzentrum geht man 10 Minuten oder fährt sehr günstig für keine 2€ mit dem Taxi. Check in und Check out war problemlos über Kontaktmann/Security. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Mindelo mit Ausflügen auch nach Sao Antao, und Entspannung in einer schönen geräumigen Wohnung. I very much enjoyed my stay at Alessandro’s place. He and his wife were very welcoming, the house is beautiful and perfectly located. Alessandro was always helpful and kind and would happily answer questions, give recommendations and let me feel at home. Unfortunately, I could not communicate much with his wife because I don’t speak her languages. But she was patient with me when I tried to talk to her and was very kind, too. She is a great cook and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with them. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend having at least (!!) one meal with them :) I am already thinking about coming back because I only got to spend 3 nights there.

Such a beautiful home! Incredible space, amazing value. Right on the water and within walking distance of the port. Love the roof terazza, wonderful housekeeper Nonna, so peaceful. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the beach.

Miguel nous a très bien accueillies ! Il nous a expliqué le principe de l'association qu'il dirige (Volunturismo). Si vous souhaiter séjourner dans ce logement, c'est très intéressant et enrichissant de participer à la vie de l'association. Bien que nous ne soyons restées que pour une seule nuit, nous avons eu l'occasion de donner un petit cours de français. Nous regrettons de ne pas être restées plus longtemps... Clara et Alicia

Situation exceptionnelle de la Casa Cogumelo à Pico Da Cruz, avec de nombreuses randonnées possibles. Vous trouverez aussi sur place un service d’aluguer qui vous permettra de revenir sur la Corda, de descendre dans le cratère du volcan Cova ou de refaire le trajet jusqu’à Delgadim et, pourquoi pas, de descendre dans la vallée de Paul.

Le logement est très correct,les équipements sont bons. Les commerces et la mer sont proches. Mais surtout Maria est exceptionnelle,proche,réactive, sympathique. Excellente pâtissière,elle nous à offert de bon gâteau. On se sent comme chez soi. Son mari parle anglais et un peu le Français. Je recommande cette belle expérience

Nous étions 10 ( dont 2 petites filles) à séjourner chez Pierre et nous avons passer de merveilleuse vaacances chez lui. La maison a beaucoup de charme, est grande et bien équipé, il y a même un double rooftop avec une très belle vue sur la plage laginha. Pierre est hyper sympa et plein de bon conseil. Kizy est super gentille. Un grand merci à vous 😁

Superbe maison d architecte lumineuse et à la deco soignée. Le confort est simple : pas d eau chaude pour une douche vivifiante ( à laquelle on s’y fait bien), rangement à minima et lit au confort spartiate. Les discutions avec Alex ont été riches et sympathiques dans un français soutenu. Une très belle expérience!

El alojamiento es como se describe y estaba en perfectas condiciones. Puedes tener la terraza entera para ti o compartirla con la habitación de al lado. Tienes una playita muy tranquila delante pero también estás a 5 minutos de la playa principal de Santa María y a una calle de la avenida principal ( sin estar en ella ). Annya nos ha contestado a todo y nos ha facilitado muchas recomendaciones. También nos ha ayudado en cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado asique por esa parte genial. Lo recomendamos.

Agréablement surpris par le logement. L’hôte est juste génial, réactif et très amical. Le logement est niquel je recommande !

What a great stay! Pictures and description do not do this place justice- it’s right on the popular stretch of beach, steps from great restaurants, a block from the main pedestrian street, and less than a block from the pier and all the water activities. There was so much going on, but the walls were well soundproofed and you couldn’t hear a thing. Everything you could need was only steps away- and the amazing beach just off the porch. Could not recommend highly enough- staff were wonderful and accommodating, helpful with anything we needed. 10/10!!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren Auenthalt: sicher sauber und geräumig. Der Check-in war einfach und die Kommunikation vor Ort und für den Check-in mit Elaine einfach.

UN BIJOUX ! L’appartement de rêve ! Super confortable, très bien décoré, accessible à pieds ou en voiture, proche bord de mer et des restaurants. Erico est un hôte incroyable, proactif, réactif, chaleureux, accueillant et très disponible. Tout petit bémol pour la pression d’eau mais Erico a la solution à ce problème. Encore bravo et merci ! Je recommande en fermant les yeux !

on aurait presque envie de garder l'adresse secrète 😆 super emplacement tout de suite près de la plage. nous avons apprécié la terrasse et le calme de la résidence. nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Paola mais nous avons s pu échanger très facilement en un mot : Parfait ! Foi um ótimo lugar, acessível perto da praia perto do centro, o David sempre que precisei respondeu com rapidez, o apartamento é espaçoso, gostei muito super indico.

We had an amazing stay. We were even picked up at the port and brought to the apartment. The service was excellent and breakfast is well worth the price. There is everything room cleaning and the beach is just outside the door. The view is just amazing and it's well recommend to get a car for 1 day to explore the island.
