A lovely, well appointed and clean house with a great view of the sea and surrounding mountains.

We are returning guests which is testament to how much we love this place and enjoyed our stay. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with lots of thoughtful touches like books for the kids and local information. There is a local pub that does good pizza, a playground locally for the kids and it's a good location for getting out and about to places like Foel Farm and also for exploring further a field. Beautiful home and incredible view! We stayed for 3 nights but didn't want to leave. The house fit a lot of people very comfortably. Eleanor was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marianne’s beautiful home in Abersoch. The house was immaculate, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome. Just a short stroll to the beach, the location couldn’t be better — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing walks by the sea. The beach itself was stunning, with golden sands, clear water, and breathtaking sunsets. Abersoch village nearby offered lovely cafes, shops, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Marianne was an exceptional host, always available and full of great local recommendations. Her home provided the perfect seaside escape, blending comfort, style, and an unbeatable setting. Every moment, whether spent exploring the coastline or relaxing indoors, felt special. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the magic of Abersoch!

Great stay, its a lovely quirky cottage and was really big inside. The green house is incredible and definitely a highlight! We had rain for most of the break, so it was lovely to shelter in there. Would highly recommend!

First time booking , what can I say from start to finish a wonderful host and amazing property. Simon was so informative about all our requests and advice regarding his property, location and amenities. The property itself was spotless , quiet and had everything we needed. Didn't want to leave if I'm honest. The whole experience was 10/10 and I've never slept so soundly. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable .

Great location, lovely house, perfect for holidaying with dogs. Host very quick to respond to questions. Well equipped only thing that would’ve been handy is a dryer.

The cottage was cosy, quiet and comfy. Everything we needed and a co op and morrisons not too far away but still felt in the sticks 😍 it was a lovely stay. My son wanted to see waterfalls and that we did. Also went on a steam train and went to the beach. would totally recommend. Caroline was very helpful and responsive.

Really happy with Dylan's place. Interesting building, comfy accommodation and easy for parking and walking anywhere in town. Very comfortable sitting room, comfy beds and clean. We all felt at home right away, and there was a welcome pack to help you when you first arrived. Dyfan popped round and was very friendly and helpful. It was great.

We loved staying here, the place and views were absolutely stunning. The owner was extremely responsive and replied quickly. We are planning to go back and cannot wait!

We stayed at Ann’s for a weekend hiking in Snowdonia. The place is well equipped and really spacious, perfect for a few nights stay. The beach is very nice and only about 100 yards from the door, so plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sea view. An ideal location with plenty of nice hikes within 30-45 mins drive. Ann is super responsive and friendly and was really flexible with our checkout time. I’d highly recommend this place.

Booked this as we were attending the transport festival and we were more than impressed with it all. Haydn was super friendly and got back to me straight away. The apartment is spotless and homely, it’s the first place we’ve stayed where we havnt missed our own bed it was so comfortable. Having 2 young kids it’s hard to find somewhere family friendly but it had stair gate, travel cot and high chair. Will be booking this again. Thank you very much

Such a beautiful self contained annex. Two beds served us well in two rooms. Lovely thoughtful touches with a home from home feeling. Wish we could have stayed longer. We met Sue and Ray enjoying the sun on their balcony, lovely to chat and be advised on local places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was so close to the main strip. The beds were very comfortable, and we had all the necessary amenities. It was an amazing place to stay. Allen was very helpful to us and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

I booked this for my Niece her husband daughter and baby they loved it lovely big lounge and main bedroom great to fit in a travel cot as well all very clean just a lovely place we will be booking again for certain as relatives live 1 minute away so I have 4 Nieces with families that will be regular visitors thank you Jon lovely place you have 😀

A stunning apartment, fabulous views, we used this as a base to explore using the local bus service & in our car. The apartment itself was immensely clean & just as described in fact better! We didn’t venture into the village but the pub down the road was nice for a bite to eat. I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone family or friends.

This apartment was incredible. All the amenities you could desire and local extras as a bonus. Squeaky clean and new, a beautiful sea view, two parking spaces, comfortable beds, secure... I could go on... Highly recommended, best AirBnB I have stayed in.

An excellent place to stay. Very well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay. A real bonus being so close to the zoo for a brilliant day out.

A lovely place to stay , beautifully clean, the most comfortable beds and a wonderful view. The extra touches were much appreciated and the location was perfect and easily walkable. We would love to stay here again.

We’re just home from a lovely long weekend in Sea Breezes. The apartment was perfect, gorgeous location in a delightful little coastal village. All the amenities you could need, including a travel cot. The bara brith and dog treats were a lovely, thoughtful gesture on arrival. The sea views from the bed are really special. Will definitely return!
