Wunderschönes Airbnb in super toller Lage! Das Apartment ist echt groß und es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht und die Aussicht war auch fantastisch. Auch Jaime war immer gut erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet bei Fragen. Immer gerne wieder!

Elsa was an awesome host. She welcomed us into her home with snacks waiting for us and gave perfect recommendations. The home was clean and looked even better than the photos. The view was gorgeous and the location is prime for those wanting to be near the popular beaches. Everyone loves the dog, Bernardo, and though he is precious - my personal favorite is Negroni, the cat. Elsa even brought us Spanish pastries on our last morning and allowed us to leave our belongings throughout the day since our flight was in the evening. Her generosity and flexibility are what made our trip to Mallorca that much better. Can’t recommend enough and am already looking forward to our next trip to Mallorca, where we will definitely be hoping to stay in Elsa’s home again.

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

Home from home. This place had everything and more that was needed. Location was perfect, everything walkable, shop right opposite for quick things. Home was spacious and quiet, lovely patios and gardens. Garage full of things you can use and nice for beach chairs and umbrellas. We stayed for 4 nights so came with minimal things but everything you needed they had there so we were thankful not having to buy wasted items. We had our elderly mom with us and she was able to walk to many of the places and into old town and alcuida port for dinners etc. Great restaurants on your door step too! A perfect stay and we would definitely be back! Antonia was responsive and lovely when we meet her at check out! Thank you for an awesome stay! ❤️

le séjour chez Antonia était excellent appartement impeccable, accès à la superbe plage juste en face, top, parking privé pour la voiture, parfait, appartement dans quartier residentiel calme et tres bien situé. Rien à redire et parfaitement conforme à la description. Antonia est une hôte charmante très réactive et de bon conseil. je recommande ce logement à 100%

La casa è come nelle foto, se non meglio. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza. L‘appartamento è molto spazioso e perfetto per un soggiorno di gruppo. Francina è stata disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendoci molte informazioni utili sulla zona, e sempre reperibile, in generale un’ottima host. La casa si trova sul lungomare di un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ma non per questo privo di servizi (ristoranti, locali, ecc.). Inoltre, alcune tra le spiagge più belle di Maiorca si trovano proprio nei dintorni di S’Illot. Nel complesso, consiglio questo soggiorno perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

La descrizione e le caratteristiche dell'appartamento nell'annuncio sono perfettamente coerenti . La posizione dell'immobile a due passi dalla spiaggia è fantastica , la vista dal balcone è unica. Juan è stato sempre molto gentile e per ogni necessità ha risposto immediatamente. Consiglio vivamente .

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 8 angereist und konnten mithilfe der klaren Anweisungen schnell unsere Unterkunft betreten und uns niederlassen. Alles war super sauber und hygienisch, vor allem fanden die Kinder den beheitzten Pool toll, der regelmäßig von jemandem kontrolliert wird. Christian war auch immer gut erreichbar und ging hilfsbereit auf unsere Fragen ein. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% und werden uns sicherlich einen weiteren Besuch überlegen.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses mit dem tollen Pool bot viel Privatsphäre. Durch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat man zu jeder Tageszeit seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf die Bucht. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand und konnten so spontan und auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten die tolle Bucht genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die nahe gelegenen Ortschaften Santanyi und Ses Salines, die in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar sind und sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war immer freundlich und uns wurde schnell geholfen.

We visited Mario’s apartment with my son, 6-years of age. It worked out wonderful. There were two bedrooms with enough space. The bathroom is beautiful and the washing machine sparkling clean. The magnificent ocean views will not be forgotten. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit this unit.

Der Aufenthalt bei Beatrice war super ! Wir kamen mit dem Auto vom Flughafen und im Ort gab es aufgrund eines Marktes eine Sperrung- das war aber kein Problem, weil Beatrice uns am Telefon wunderbar zur Villa hin navigiert hat. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet bzw reagiert. Der Pool im Innenbereich ist wirklich eine tolle Sache, weil man direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer reinhüpfen kann ! Die Villa hat eine sehr ungewöhnliche Architektur und wirkt durch die Wendeltreppe auch skurril, dennoch ist es mal was anderes. Das zweite Badezimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist riesig, ebenso ungewöhnlich, aber toll ! Die Terrasse konnten wir gut nutzen und hatten einen schönen Blick über den Ort. Die City gleicht zwar irgendwie einer Art Phantasialand- etwas künstlich, aber uns war ein verlängerter Sommer wichtig und dass der Strand in der Nähe ist, der ist richtig schön! Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, die nächsten Orte wie Palma sind einen Ausflug wert. Lieben Dank, Beatrice !

We had a wonderful time at Francisco“s apartment. Situated directly at the beach, we could literally dip into the Mediterranean straight from the terrace. The apartment had everything as described and it was so easy to to communicate with Francesco before, during and after our stay. He made an early checkin possible for us, too! Wonderful experience and highly recommendable.

Bon emplacement pour visiter toute l'île. bon restaurant et glacier à Sa Rapita. besoin d'une voiture mais c'était bien précisé. Hote très agréable proactif, propreté du logement parfait et équipements nombreux. Nous recommandons fortement !

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Mir und meiner Familie hat die Unterkunft von Sabine sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern war die Entfernung zum Strand perfekt und die Aufteilung des Hauses sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist auch tagsüber angenehm kühl und man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir etwas früher hätten einchecken können.

TOP Rafael est un hôte très sympathique, à l'écoute et très réactif (suite à une tempête nous avons eu une panne générale d'électricité, Rafael a été top pour nous suivre). J'approuve la mention "superhôte" de Rafael. L'appartement, lui, est également génial: très bien agencé avec de très bons équipements (y compris une excellente literie), un appartement fonctionnel et très agréable, et une grande terrasse avec une vue sur le front de mer (et le lever de soleil) magnifique. Seul conseil: les places de parking à proximité immédiate de la résidence sont rarement libre, n'hésitez pas à aller un peu plus loin pour en trouver dans la rue à côté. Mais ce sont de légers inconvénients par rapport aux nombreux avantages de la location.

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!

We had a lovely stay in Porto Christo Novo. Ideal for families as the house is child proof. Beautiful sea views from the terrace, spacious house with all amenities you need. A home away from home!

Une belle surprise pour nous car nous avons trouvé la maison plus belle et plus grande qu'en photo : spacieuse, élégante, avec une touche de modernité et une décoration soignée. Que dire de la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! Beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine disponible, pour l'intérieur comme pour les barbecues. Nombreux produits d'accueils, de première nécessité et d'articles de toilette disponibles, serviettes pour la piscine ou encore parasols de plage. Toute la maison est climatisée mais nous n'avons utilisé que celles des chambres la nuit pour dormir et cela fonctionnait très bien. Communication très fluide avec l'agence sur place. La situation sur l'île est également appréciable, à 45 minutes de palma, et à quelques pas des célèbres Cala (Del Moro, Llombards, Mondrago ...) La maison est à mi-chemin entre le centre ville animé de Santanyi et la Cala .. mais ou que vous souhaitiez aller, voiture obligatoire ! (stationnement assez facile sur l'île).
