There is parking for maximum 2 vehicles in front of the house.  Neighborhood boat launch is suitable for small watercraft up to 19'.  Property is not suitable for toddles and young children (under 8 years) as there is no yard for outside play.  Minimum 5 nights during July and August, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends,  with two night minimum the balance of the year.

Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.
