35RockRoad offers luxurious, modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. The perfect location for Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. And for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, science parks, the Botanic Gardens, language schools and Cherry Hinton Hall park. We are located in the Victorian district with many local shops. The area also boasts great restaurants, theatre, cinema, fitness centre and tenpin bowling alley. The train station is walking distance.

Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

This is a small studio, nothing fancy, quiet and light, in the city centre of Cambridge. It has a small kitchen and bathroom, internet and everything you need to look after yourself whilst visiting. The location is close to the colleges, pubs and shops. You have your own access in and out through the side door into the back yard, a throughway also used by the family including dogs and bikes.
