There is a 1 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes, in this fully furnished in-law suite with many amenities including a Washer, Dryer and a Neck, Back Massage Chair Pad. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

Welcome to our newly renovated, cozy home right in the heart of Fishtown, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are in walking distance of many restaurants and pubs, with some right on our corners. Public transportation will get you into the city easily with the 25 bus running right down our street. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen and small back yard. Perfect for families, couples of up to 6 guests.

My place is close to major highways and shopping, 10 minutes from DIGGERLAND. 30 minutes to Philadelphia Convention Center. Atlantic City - 1 hour away. Neighboring towns are Medford, Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Our house is in a residential neighborhood. It has a large fenced in back yard with an inground pool. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen bed master, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen. Owner onsite in private inlaw suite, from main home.

Spacious and cozy private bedroom available with a dedicated bathroom(not attached) in a centrally located single family home. Hot Coffee and bagels breakfast offered on weekends. Additional private office space available on request. Ideal for professionals and leisure seekers alike. The room has a queen bed, a desk, chair, TV with firetv.

Due to increased costs any booking after June 8, 2026 will not have breakfast included. Breakfast will be available at $10.00 per person charge.

Bridal Suite

We love hosting, meeting new people and having them return as old friends.. Inside our home we can accommodate a small wedding, anniversary or dinner party. We will make any occasion special. We have a crib and high chair for a toddler.
