Amamos cada minuto que ficamos no apartamento de Alejandro, ele por si só é um amor de pessoa, deu várias dicas de onde ir e oque fazer ! A vista do apartamento é linda, a portaria funciona 24h, tem metrô, restaurantes e fast food próximo que da pra ir andando ! O prédio tem uma ótima estrutura com academia, sauna e até lavanderia (tem que reservara lavanderia). Ficamos 7 noite e tivemos total assistência de Alejandro respondia nosso whats sempre que podia, msm ele tbm estando de férias. Super recomendamos eu minha esposa e minha filha curtimos tudo !

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

El departamento es muy cómodo y completísimo, realmente no necesitas llevar nada para estar cómodo!!! La ubicación es inmejorable, zona tranquila cerca de todo. En el baño, impecable, encuentras amenities como en un 5*. También, en la cocina, café, te, azúcar,... Realmente Elizabeth se preocupa para que tu estancia sea agradable y cómoda!!

Apto exatamente como nas fotos, a varanda é um espetáculo a parte em épocas de calor deve ser muito bom para beber um vinho e apreciar a vista, o apto fica em um andar elevado e devido a isso a vista é impressionante! As duas tv são novas e possuem todos os canais, a cortina corta toda a luz para quem so consegui domir no escuro, a cama é boa e a banheira maravilhosa! Os funcionários do condomínio são todos educados e prestativos! A localização é muito boa para quem ira andar de transporte público, o ponto é em menos de 5 minutos de caminhada! Possui mercadinhos bem próximo! O anfitrião é educado, prestativo e sempre responde na hora, do tipo que faz de tudo para nos sentirmos em casa! Os bares mais famosos de palermo são bem proximos do apto, dando a opção ate de irmos a pé a alguns! Indico e gostei bastante! Obrigada Michael, esposa e funcionário por todo o apoio vcs fizeram nossa estadia ser especial!

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

We loved Laura's flat. It is old fashioned, a great balcony for meals, very peaceful and had everything we needed. It is extremely well located on the edge of Recoleta. We would stay there if it is available the next time we go to Buenos Aires

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Thomas' flat! The flat was very clean & comfortable and we felt right at home. The perfect location for staying in Palermo. The flat is 20 minute walk or a $5 uber from SOHO Palermo which has tons of restaurants, cafes & shops. There is metro line access not even a 5 minute walk away & on this line you can get directly to the San Thelmo market, which takes place on Sundays. We felt very safe in the area & walking at night. Maria met us at the flat to help us check-in & was very kind & patience when my luggage arrived 2 hours after we did so we had to push back our check-in time. We did not use the hot tub but the patio is super cute and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. We really appreciated how Maria and Thomas had drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen! This made us feel extra welcome. There is no elevator & the flat is up 5 flights of stairs (we did not mind) so something to consider if you have mobility issue! 10/10 !

Muy amable Daniel, súper dispuesto y nos recibió antes del horario pautado sin problemas, muy predispuesto a colaborar con lo que pidiéramos. Todo muy recomendable

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

Andrea's Oasis in the city lived up to her description; easy to access (we had 2 bicycles), plenty of stores shops etc in the area, just off Corrientes Str. a major road with buses and Metro stations. Andrea was an attentive host, and provided clean towels and sheets upon request (during the 4-week stay), as well as answering any questions we had. The apartment is in a good location with restaurants cafes and pubs close, but also quiet, being in the center of the building. A highly recommended place to stay and see and explore Buenes Aries.

The apartment is terrific, very well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The building is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Carol, the host, was very communicative. She was responsive. Moreover, she has the rare talent to accomplish in five telephone calls what others can do in two. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

I stayed here for a month while working remotely and exploring Buenos Aires — overall a great experience. The location is unbeatable: cafés, restaurants, and gyms all around. The apartment is quiet, facing the inner courtyard with the pool (no street noise), and full of natural light, with a lovely terrace, fast Wi-Fi, and a big bathroom. The building has a nice community vibe, I met other digital nomads by the pool and made friends. The pool itself is amazing for hot summer days. When I arrived, the floor and some furniture were sticky, but after I asked, they came and cleaned again right away. The host and staff were always responsive — even replaced a broken power strip quickly. Cons: The kitchen isn’t well equipped for long stays (missing basics like a good pan or veggie peeler). And while the laundry service is convenient, some of my white clothes came back stained. Still, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a calm, well-located spot to stay in Buenos Aires.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, em uma excelente rua no bairro Palermo, próximo a mercados, padarias e ao parque El Rosedal. O imóvel é excelente, com cama confortável e diversos detalhes que fazem a diferença — como garrafa de água mineral, cápsulas de café, chá, adaptadores de tomada e muito mais. Enfim, tudo o que é necessário para uma ótima estadia. Super recomendado!

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.
