Très bel appartement confortable et bien équipé dans un quartier paisible, très bien situé, à 5-10 min d’un supermarché et de l’arrêt de bus desservant le centre-ville et tout autre lieu touristique accessible en bus. Très bonne communication avec Florence et Philippe, très réactifs. On a passé un super séjour. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement !

非常干净的房间，离码头很近，去老城区特别方便，安静的地方，房间很大，厨房很干净！下次还会选择这里！

Bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (sucre, café et thé à disposition, ainsi que les capsules pour le lave linge et le lave vaisselle. Juste un petit bémol pour la literie un peu molle à notre goût, mais cela vaut quand même un 5 étoiles. Nous recommandons ce logement sans souci.

Tout était impeccable! David a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin (pour l’entrée dans le logement, pour s’assurer que tout allait bien, pour les différentes consignes. L’appartement idéal pour nos besoins. Bien équipé et propre. Bien situé. Commerces et restos à proximité. Le stationnement est vraiment un plus. Nous y retournerons c’est certain!

We really enjoyed our stay as location was a priority for us - we wanted a walkable location and we were easily connected to different areas of Old Quebec for sightseeing and restaurants. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the building was quiet.

The place was great and well stocked. Probably the most stocked place I have on Airbnb. The place is close to all the attractions and relatively safe. The host is amazing and extremely responsive.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue incroyable. Les transports en commun sont proches et très réguliers même le dimanche. N’hésitez pas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Havre de Paix au Mont-Sainte-Anne. L’endroit est calme, propre et très bien équipé, parfait pour quelques jours de détente après des journées bien remplies. Nous avons profité pleinement des pistes de ski alpin et de ski de fond à proximité. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de plein air. L’hôte est attentif et les échanges ont été faciles. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Petit havre de paix en pleine ville, très tranquille. À proximité à pied du vieux QC, des bons restos, du strøm spa, etc. L'hôte était réactives et répondait rapidement à toutes mes questions. Stationnement dans le garage, toutes les instructions étaient claires. Le spa était propre et fonctionnel. Batterie de cuisine complète. Pas de laveuse/sécheuse. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

I had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The view of Mount Massif and the water was absolutely stunning. Inside, everything was spotless and very well maintained. It’s definitely a perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. The condo is beautiful - very well designed and appointed, light filled, beautiful views and walkable to Mont Sainte Anne. Melanie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Beaupré is wonderful - we skied Mont Sainte Anne (Alpine and x-county), sledded Le Massif du Charleroix and enjoyed the local Thermal Baths. Overall, a wonderful holiday!

Chaleureux et très joli endroit, superbe vue. La marée haute, quel beau spectacle! Les propriétaires sont gentils et faciles à rejoindre. Lit confortable. Nous reviendrons !

Alegria #2 is a wonderful place! Amazing views of the river and of the island while being immersed in nature (especially in the fall, surrounded by trees with bright colors). We loved the place and it was special for us. We will be back!!

We had a fantastic stay at Suzanne’s place! The house was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully decorated, truly feeling like a home away from home. Suzanne was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to Old Quebec and major attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

Bel immeuble; appartement propre, moderne, confortable. Mathieu m’a fourni des explications claires qui ont facilité mon arrivée. Il a aussi été très compréhensif à mon endroit et m’a fourni un soutien inattendu… humain !!

This was our first trip to Montreal, definitely won’t be our last. The size of the place was perfect for my partner and myself. It was very clean, the shower setup was amazing. I think the bathroom had heated floors. It was the perfect spot, not too far from the places we wanted to see. The host was very responsive and very detailed with their instructions . We only stayed a couple nights, next time we’ll plan on staying a full week. This is the first listing I added a star next to, so the next time we visit this will be the first spot we reach out to. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

! The location was ideal—right in the heart of Old Quebec, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the living space was both stylish and inviting. My kids absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space for them to relax, and the setup was very family-friendly.

le stationnement étant a 3 minutes a pied n'est pas idéal par grosse pluie comme on a eu, mais il est ample et sécurisé.

Clean and beautiful view. Good location. 20 minutes driving from Old Quebec City. 13 minutes driving to Montmorency Falls. Nice place to stay.

The check in was very easy thanks to pictures and explanations. The apartment was quiet and clean. Coffee was provided! It was an easy 30 minute walk to Old Quebec City. Elise was very responsive… the place suited our needs!

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!

Très bon séjour à la découverte de Québec. Logement facile d’accès, propre et charmant. Le parking est un plus et se situe juste à côté de l’immeuble. Arrivée et départ clairs et bien expliqués. Je recommande pour une super expérience.
