My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

The place is just as pictures. Wonderful deck with fantastic views to see launches from Cape Kennedy, cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral and just enjoy the ocean. Kitchen was functional, appliances were decent with a great refrigerator. Bathrooms are a bit dated with a slider built into the tub you must navigate to take a shower. There is a vacuum, Swiffer mop to help keep the floors clean. The bed (King) was very comfortable. Very convenient location between two causeways, south of Patrick SFB with a Publix, Aldi's and Walmart near. along with several very good restaurants. The pool was very nice located between the two buildings and the neighbors are friendly. I would recommend a stay at Janene's.

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

The location to the beach is perfect! It only takes a few minutes to walk there, which was super convenient with our toddler. The condo was really clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and we always had a parking spot. One of the coolest parts was getting to see two rocket launches while we were there — one from the beach and one right from the back porch! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

Perfect location!! Spend 4 nights with everything you need walkable or easy bike ride. Amazing sunrise right from the balcony every morning. Tried different coffee place each morning, worked remote and spent afternoons exploring Cocoa and the Dunes for craft cocktails was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time in Lihua's place. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable as well. Perfect location with plenty of things within walking distance. The view through the kitchen and living space is a dream, as well as the master. Lihua was very helpful when needed and it was a joy to stay here. We have been to Cocoa Beach multiple times and we will definitely come back to her place!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Thank you Linda for making our beach week possible! We went to the beach every day and Linda had all the beach equipment you would need! Not to mention, her Airbnb is like a 2 minute walk away! Her neighborhood is peaceful and neighbors are friendly. Her place itself is very clean, bed is comfortable and huge, a full kitchen with all kitchen and cooking material, a tv in the living and bedroom. Her place truly feels cozy like home. Her response time to our questions during our stay was a little slower than I expected. Overall, however, I would book again at this Airbnb for a beach week!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

Christina is an amazing host. She responds very quickly and is very professional and accommodating. Her apartment was one of the best places we ever stayed. Very clean, modern, wonderfully stocked and close to the beach, restaurants and other shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed very clean swimming pool and tennis courts which were on the property. Watching beach in the morning and sunsets in the evening was another great experience which added to the value of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would recommend this place to everybody!!!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

Gregory’s condo is true luxury. From all the amenities inside, the beautiful furnished design, the kitchenware. Then there’s the view from the balcony of the river and the pool. We spent every sunset either in the jacuzzi or the balcony - each sunset distinct and beautiful. The entire feeling of peace and beauty is unbeatable! Truly, we would return just for the Master shower!! The place comes with a long list of instructions. Fairly, that’s because there are so many amenities. So make it a point to use them all. It’s worth it.

Enjoyed our two nights stay at the Paradise Beach club penthouse. Looks exactly as shown in the photos with the beach trendy decor and comfy furniture and beds. The view is stunning! The heated pool was a great addition. The location is just far enough from busier parts of town that it felt very private and we almost had the entire beach to ourselves. It has a very comfortable local vibe. Would recommend this place easily.

I probably missed it noted in the description, but was surprised to find three flights of stairs total to get to the main bedroom. my wife is physically disabled which made it difficult for her to get around. otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Gorgeous view of the beach with easy access. Loved having a parking spot in underground garage so car was always cool when we chose to drive. We didn’t need to drive much though, so many cool places around to eat. Be sure you grab coffee at Surfanista and definitely get dinner at 4th street fillin station (sit out back, it’s magical). Pool is right outside the door to lounge. Really enjoyed our stay. Danny even let us know about some rocket launches we could see from the balcony. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!

We had a wonderful trip with the kids and grandparents!! Wonderful amenities and very clean! They were super responsive and kind!

Harbor Island is a very nice laid back beach vacation spot. Karli's condo is beautiful and comfortable. The sunsets are awesome, and even on spring break week, it felt like we had the beautiful pool and hot tub to ourselves. The vibe of the whole club is laid back and beautiful. From the beach, to the pool, to the unreal views from to comfy balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway, this place has everything we wanted and more. Not to mention the luxurious feel of the condo, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the amazing master bathroom, the comfy luxury feel of this place is on another level. We didn't wanna leave.

We were blown away by the hospitality, generosity and excellent communication from Cindy and Sheri. In all the years we’ve traveled and stayed in Air BNB’s, this was by far the best experience we’ve had. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was provided (including beach umbrellas and chairs - and even refrigerated aloe for my husband who forgot to apply sunscreen). The coolers and ice maker were also a plus for beach days. We could see the ocean directly from the living room! The back patio was literally steps away from the private entry to the beach. It was everything we hoped for and more! We will definitely come back and would most certainly recommend to others! A+ Host. Beautiful location.
